-Ceuta and Melilla in North Africa (And double standards coz they support having these 2 territories for themselves but dont like United Kingdom having Gibraltar!! xsnooty )
But Ceuta and Melilla were founded by Spaniards :p . We gave back the rest of Morocco and only kept those cities ;)

PS- I'm so surprised everybody says Spanish is an easy language
I agree it has so easy pronounciation, but grammar is complicated even for me, as well as the huge vocabulary...

Well Spain lost a war ;) If you had won you would still have Gibraltar :)
And also Morocco wants them back so if you want to keep them then you should respect the United Kingdom's right to keep Gibraltar. :)
And btw I support Spain keeping these territories, Im just trying to make you see that double-standards arent acceptable. ;)

It was not Spain who was fighting there. Actually the UK and Austria-Hungary lost against France to get the Spanish Monarchy ;)

ANd it's not the same case, come on. UK stole a land which was Spanish. Spain gave back to Morocco that land just keeping the two cities which were founded by us ;)

ANd WTF, Ceuta and Melilla most people are Spaniards. In Gibraltar they are just Andalusian people drinking tea

Yes something like 98% voted to remain British over joint-sovereignty. So total control by Spain is even less popular, about 0.5% of Gibraltar residents wish to be given to Spain. Spain claim the United Kingdom to be colonialists but we are only doing what the people want. As far as Im concerned, it is colonialistic if you change sovereignty of an area against the wishes of the people.

Yeah, and I'd choose to be Norwegian or Luxemburger if I could live like them
But that wouldn't have any sense. That's the same story ;)

No it's not the same story. People who dont like to face the facts like to make stupid scenarios up like Spain going to Norway or something. :|
Just answer the question, why should Gibraltar be given to Spain when 98% of the people want to remain British?

And why should Gibraltar be British if IT'S NOT IN THEIR TERRITORY????

But it is British territory and has been for 200 years and the whole international community recognises it!
So you have answered the question, you want Gibraltar just so that Spain can be a little bigger and you can have territory where only 0.5% wish to be part of your country. :| That is pure colonialism!!

And btw I support Gibraltar being given to Spain if the people vote for it. :)

But Scooby is on holidays :p

Colonialism: Tendency to keep a land in colony regime.
Colony: - Territory out of the nation who made it theirs and ruled by special laws.
- Terrotory ruled and controled by a foreign power.
(as well as many other meanings which have nothing to do here)

;)

Look im not going to argue with you about this coz I like you, just not your politics.

But btw under your definitions, Spain is also colonial country coz of Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. :p
But as I said before, I support Spain keeping these territories as that is what the people who live there want. I dont know why you cant be as reasonable towards the United Kingdom and Gibraltar? :(

Why you mention Canary Islands??? :?
Canary Islands were always Spanish, never wanted independence and no countries are claiming sovereignty there
Also Morocco can't demand anything, cause they stole us Western Sahara in 1975 while we were too busy in transition to democracy that couldn't defend it. Sahara people were forced to move to refugee camps to Algeria, lost in the desert and they introduced Moroccan there. But even now, those people want independence and Morocco doesn't give them

But yeah, I don't want to argue with you either

I mention Canary Islands coz they are next to Morocco so under your definition, that is colonialism too. ;)

But do you not see Pablo it is double standards! You say Morocco can't claim anything because it invaded Spanish Sahara (which as far as I know got independence from Spain before Morocco invaded) and yet I suppose you support Argentina's claim to the Falkland Islands which they invaded in 1982. I am not saying Spain is wrong to have the North African territories, I support it because that is what the people want, all I ask is that you look at Gibraltar in the same way. I don't expect you to support the British administration, just accept it, because that is what the people want :).

^ Morocco invaded Spanish Sahara and we just withdrew from there cause we had many problems by then, but we didn't give them independence, cause they (unofrtunately) have never been independent ;)
