Nasty comment out of the way first - she shouldn't have held up that Nagorno-Karabakh flag, it was disrespectful especially so soon after the recent conflict.

Anyway, aside from that.. this was the best song of the night and I was genuinely shouting at the television in excitement. Her vocals were amazing, the camera angles & staging were collectively phenomenal, and the general 'look' of the performance gave me the impression that this is a serious contender for winning. An absolutely faultless performance and one of my favourites all-time. This could easily snatch first place depending on the performances Thursday night.

Just a few moments ago, she was asked at the Press Conference about it. She said something like "my heart is for the motherland or something". Dunno, it was really cringy really :'D

Iveta picked the second half in the final. If SVT gives her the last spot, see you in Yerevan next year.

Not if Ukraine would also be on the second half.

This was for male part of public.

All was in acceptable range, but, outfit certainly yielded some vote part. :)

Great performance, the song is still incredibly meh and pretentious tho. But I see how effective it is. :) Also she should consult her PR for that NK flag controversy, she didn't handle it well, AT ALL. It might backfire tbh. Pretty sure she destroyed all chances she ever had, and that's by being political in an alleged non-political contest. Biii Iveta. xwave

I adore her entry but hate her as person. Provocation during live show with NK flag - and she says it's all for peace. Europeans are so biased, they can eat any speech if there are words 'peace' and 'love'. Reminds me of :ru: last year that sent peace alert to Europe : 'Look, we are hear to call for unification and love so we can keep sending weapons and military forces against :ua: and make sure our small war is going well'.

Iveta rocked the house tonight! xlove xbow It would be amazing if she could win it all on Saturday, but sadly, I don't think the song is accessible enough for that to happen. She should definitely finish inside the top 5, though.

This is nothing compared to the political snooze-fest I am expecting from Jamala which I find really boring tbh.

Well, so far i have heard nothing strongly political from her, i hope he keeps it this way. Also I hope that journalists will be smart enough to not ask her questions about Crimea and Russia.

Despite her antics tonight with the flag, I thought her performance was amazing and Armenia has now fast tracked itself into my top 10.
