Maybe shlaggerish was the wrong word. Eurovision-ish? :? Still, I haven't listened to a note of rezarta's present song.

Your thoughts are exactly mine on herciana, particularly, "it could evolve into something great"! xyes

I thought the standard was excellent last night. Well, when I say that, I really mean four out of the eight songs were excellent, while the others were largely unremarkable. When I saw Xhejsi Jorgaqi's performance I instantly thought it was a nailed-on winner. However, then Klodian Kacani followed her on stage with another strong entry. I preferred Xhejsi J, but the audience clearly didn't. Klodian's extended ovation in the hall must make him the favourite for tonight.

I also liked the late replacement entry by Na and Lynx's catchy rock song.

I missed Rezarta's song in show one and didn't particularly care for Hersi's. Only Blerina from nata 1 can match the big four from nata 2 for me.

Arhhh isn't it frustrating!? I'm utterly puzzled as to why there isn't a single full performance uploaded to youtube. It's a shame last nights weren't great but I at least would have liked to have seen the performancesoOX

I wouldn't have thought of Rezarta Smaja as Schlgarish.. or maybe I have the wrong idea? Her song last year "Ti" was a very typical, dramatic rock ballad attempt but I liked it for some reason and I liked her.

I think i'm going to go all out with my rooting tonight for Herciana. She's indeed no Rona but she's a fine singer and her song is unique, classy and most importantly it's interesting. It could evolve into something really great. I'm not sure we will ever get something as special as "Suus". That song felt like it was a once in a lifetime moment:(

ArkivaShqip - YouTube Maybe we can send them a message on their comments/discussion section on the channel. They act like they don't give a damn. Uploading some clips while everyone is waiting for FiK. They have exclusive rights for FiK last year or 2 years ago they were blocking/banning all other videos from FiK that wasn't theirs, only their speed of upload and intrest is disgraceful! :/ Don't they realise people are waiting. It's 2013 for God's sake, why we must wait 2 days for a freakin' videos...

I'm fine with any of those girls winning: Hersi, Rezarta, Blerina, Marjeta + guys Klodian, Renis (if he drinks coffee before tonight's show) and Luiz.

Is this from Albania?

It sounds Indian, but I found it in their channel. This would definitely become the entry, in a perfect eurovision world xheart

Well, from the first show, I liked Rezarta the most, closely followed by Blerina. And Hersi had a nice song as well.
And yesterday, Klodian and Xhejsi were the ones I enjoyed..
So, I am rooting for these 5 tonight.
If I had to choose one, however, I’d go with Rezarta. xcheer

How can you relate all these strange foreign names to songs that way, when we have no place to check them every other minute? You never cease to amaze me

Oh oh.. that's a sign. The same thing happened to Rona and she won by a landslide. I hope his song is good.

I think Herciana’s song is very contemporary. She has great edgy vocals as well.

video here: Herciana Matmuja - Zemerimi i nje Nate - YouTube

You can listen to Blerina’s song here: Blerina Braka - Mikja Ime Video - KosovoBeauty - MyVideo

Rezarta’s song is a power song and she sings great.

Sorry about the quality of the videos but there the only ones i could find... :(

It was pretty much impossible to find any clips of the previous shows, I can't listen to these now though.

But what I meant with style is more like the type of genre (ethno? pop? alternative? ballad? cheesy? lol)

It's on soon, not much point in asking now anyway. Just watch it and see.

I haven't watched the two shows (since no songs were eliminated) so I am looking forward to a show full of great music.

Considering my favorite Albanian entry to date is a ballad (2008) aswell as my second favorite (2012) that could be a good thing... it all depends on the type of ballad. If it's some cheesy wail-without-a-feeling mess then I won't like it though...

Not sure I'll be able to watch it though... not even sure I would wanna spoil myself even if I could

It may sound strange, but sometimes I actually like reading reviews before hearing something myself. It's interesting to compare to my own opinion on song later, if I agree or not with whats been said.

Yep, that does sound strange.

Does anyone get the official stream linked above? So far I only get "Stream is not available".

EDIT: Problem resolved. A browser change did the trick.
