Thank you so very much for this lovely Christmas pressie It feels poetic to win with Anastacia this edition. I was getting ready to send her to the Top of The Pops spin-off (which was the most fun spin-off ever by the way ) until I realised it had been exactly 100 entries since I shared her here at the main game. It felt like enough time had now passed and I wanted to mark the occasion with this tremendously underrated single of hers I always have had a longing to share here. It might be commercial as Uto mentioned but it's also heartfelt, deeply personal and it goes ridiculously hard in that final bridge and chorus. In terms of pop ballads from the 00s, I'd sit it right next to Christina Aguilera's Hurt for how poignant and touching it is. I'm happy it was appreciated on this level, so much so that it was able to win. Thank you all!

Big congratulations as well to Anna and Svai on their medals! As I said earlier on, I'm turning down hosting. I was given the chance to host very recently off of that Baby Rose 2nd place, and so it feels only natural (and good for my sanity as hosting is exhausting as much as it is rewarding) to offer this opportunity now to Anna who I'm very glad to see has already accepted it. Oooo yeaah! I'm looking forward to your beautiful banners. It's been far too long since we've experienced an edition in Svealand and I'm very excited for it.

I have recently become a mod for FSC so in order to focus on my duties for that contest, I am going to withdraw from WV following this edition. Thank you so much to all of the WV community for being so welcoming and supportive during my short time in the contest. I have really enjoyed participating in the contest, seeing the wonderful shows which are always superbly hosted and hearing the beautiful music you all share each edition from around the world. I was really happy to reach one final with so thank you to all who have supported and given points to my five entries. If time allows in the future I will seek a return to WorldVision, but in the meantime I wish you all the very best of luck in the contest and hope it continues to bring lots of fun and joy to you all! Thanks again everyone

It's sad to see you withdraw and so soon but I wish you lots of good luck with your new FSC mod duties. It's great also to see you're open to returning to WorldVision in the future if time allows it I've enjoyed your entries, especially Kaliopi's Zašto. That was quite possibly my favourite song anyone sent this year. I've listened to it so many times. Thank you for sharing it!
