This is a bad mistake of NTU and now it looks not better than with the internal selection of Vasyl.
They wanted a new NF because of fairness? And now they are given special treatment to this cheater who knew she broke the rules? It's even worse than the Vasyl selection.
Alyosha should be kicked out and not be allowed again this year! She cheated.
And it will also look worse for Ukraine to pick yet another entry.
But if Vasyl was favorite of old management, Alyosha is the favorite of the new one... again corruption.

The head of NTU: "We are holding negotiations with EBU currently. If the song doesn't meet the rules EBU will order to change the song in a short amount of time"

The EBU will disqualify anyone who breaks the rules. So if Ukraine doesn't get a song (non-copy, non-insulting) before the deadline... they WILL be disqualified my friend.
If not... the EBU will be looking forward to a large deal of protest (comme Italia/Österreich)... and believe it or not... money has a far larger influence on them than Ukraine ever could.

Alyosha's SONG was chosen by the people...
1st time; singer not chosen by people, song chosen
2nd time; singer chosen by people, not song
She knew she broke the rules and the fact that NTU gives her special treatment is equally as bad as with the internal selection.
She should be kicked out!
There are better options from national final anyway! Pick one of these. They didn't cheat and the songs are already presented.
The new management are as equally hypocritical.
Now the SONG will not be chosen by the people and the SONG is most important because this is firstly a SONG contest

I don't wish Ukraine to get disqualified (for that they have been a way to good contestant
over the years)... but they need to find a good song before the deadline. Besides that, they had a song (why did they change the first one?)... and if what I read is true... the second song was known to be plagiarism (why the hell did they select it... or even allow it in the NF???).
Look AlekS... you perhaps wish to see me as an enemy in here (we had our discussions... I know)... I on the other hand don't see enemies around here... only ESC-fans with different ideas and opinions... Mate!

I agree with this, the original format is used in many countries we did it with Dervish and although the public hated them RTÉ didn't just change it.
The first format wasn't undemocratic if the second one is considered democratic since they are just the opposite of each other.
