The decision is great. Televoting system in 2010 and 2011 was unfair imo. People don't have to know the songs before the show. There are many people who instantly vote without listening to other countries.

But overwall, do you thing that your jury was gave it their 7-12 points to pretty musical suggestions as Lithuania, UK, France, Switzerland, etc..???
Don't you think that Lithuania was my most fave entry among with few others? No?

If you reffer to other people I agree but I don't see the harm if Eurovision fans vote in the begining even before listening to the song they are voting for :D

Waiting for the language rule to be back. ;)

In this rate we'll probably end up with a ban on national languages being used (unless the national language happens to be English).

Them Ireland, UK & Malta will be the absolutely queens in Eurovision again xrofl3

How come? I think you misunderstood, I wrote that there would be a ban on all other languages than English...

But it was more sarcasm about the fact that there's almost only English now and nothing currently helps use of national languages... so they could just get it over with and ban all non-English once and for all!

Well, in the last few years some nice moves have been made with the re-introduction of juries and now this, so if the EBU comes to their senses and see that 85% of the songs are in English, they might at least to a JESC and have all songs performerd at least 75% or at least 50% for ESC in the national language. ;)

I think we need to start a new topic about what other changes we want in 2012, because we're already off-topic again (well sort of) ;)

Sorry, but I guess there's just so much you can say on this topic.

What do you mean? That everyone singing in English is a 'nice move'?
