But I won't tell you if it needed to qualify or not,you'll find out after Final.

Anyway its my first time in WV! The second will be better..

yeah,I want to take a note of this IOTAP (but I love that song,too :D)

And about your last note,it would be better for you that it's one I expect.

Latvia and Cyprus didn't qualify, while some questionable stuff did (and this includes both semis).
I mean... congrats to all the qualifiers and all, but seriously...
This situation doesn't deserve anymore comments.
