I have no doubts that Russia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine will qualify. I am very surprised that people mention Azerbaijan in this thread. I expect them to end up top 10. I think Romania will be out this year. And even Greece might struggle - but I think they will succeed again. My least favourite of these are Ukraine - but no way they will not qualify.

Romania is the only one at risk I think, don't see a problem for the other four.

If Romania makes it to the final then it's official - there's no justice in this world :?
Azerbaijan deserves to flop with that cheesy cheese song, but there's at least a charismatic cutie-patootie singer (not my opinion, i find him unpleasant to look at) with a good voice to save it.

I voted for two countries. I was right last year about Georgia, and the year before with Armenia. I think I will be right again. :p I am pretty certain about one of them, but I have a hunch for the other one.

I'm really disappointed with Romania's entry. I have a few friends who actually like the song, but I can't stand it. It's so bad. It kind of reminds me of Bulgaria's entry from 2009.

I think that Romania will clearly fail for the first time. Teh others won't have any problem qualifying...

More than likely :ro: despite it being in the last spot in semi 2 (having to follow a peppy, up-tempo song from Switzerland). But again, it all depends on performance so who knows what will happen

:az: will be the non-qualifying shocker because of its track record in the finals

Romania will probably fail to qualify. I also think there's a slight chance Greece might fail to qualify, but let's hope that doesn't happen!

Apart from Ukraine they all SHOULD be on the bubble, but in reality the only one that might miss the final is Romania.

Please let it be Greece. I'm sick and tired of Greece being able to send garbage, yet always making the final. In 2011, Greece's "Watch My Dance", which, granted, was not horrible in the verses, came in 9th with the juries at 74 points, yet 1st (!!!) with the televoters at 154 points, for a combined result of 1st (!!!) at 133 points in the 1st semi-final of 2011.

What? Seriously?

In 2010, "OPA!" by Giorgos Alkaios and Friends got 2nd in their semi-final (1st with televoters at 151 points, somehow 3rd with the juries at 99 points for a combined score of 2nd with 133 points).

No, seriously, what?

I wouldn't mind Russia's snoozefest not making the final either.

Why? It's terrible.

Romania is the obvious choice and Azerbaijan is also quite possible. Russia, Ukraine and Greece look pretty safe to me.
Azerbaijan will never, ever fail to qualify. Why? It's a secret to everyone.

Nothing, these just were great songs and people loved them and Alcohol is free is awesome too

Why didn't you say anything about utter crap called "Aphrodisiac"?

There's a risk to most of them to be fair, they're not bulletproof entry's. However I still expect all of them to qualify. The songs are not entirely without merit and these countries will always get massive support from televoters.

Exactly (although I'd use slightly less harsh words for Aphrodisiac). From a viewers' perspective, which entries should of topped the respective semi-finals in Greece's stead in your opinion? When Greece sendeth something really unappealing it will fail too as it happened to other formerly considered 'safe' countries in the past. Even :tr: 2011 got voted out clearly by the public when you do not count the only-jury votes from San Marino and possibly Albania as back-up televotes.
Alcohol is free will easily get through because it is a great song and would do so for any country.
