Well I remember the arguments people had on the internet in 2016 over who had the right list of NF participants, and all turned out to be wrong so I will take this rumour as false. However if it is true, then as you say it does seem like quite an alternative line up. Which is a massive change from the safe pop path the BBC have gone down for 2016 and 2017. It all comes down to the song but it is interesting. I am very much liking the rumour that we're apparently getting a scoreboard back, it will be fun to watch my fave flop. Also I dare say the song titles seem more interesting than typical BBC titles we've had for our entries literally every year since 2009.
edit: I just read the the digital spy forum and it seems 'Legends' is some tropical pop song and also there will be an international Jury.
