- STB organizes the NF.
- That fine is just 0.5% of UABC's budget.
- The court and appeal (no matter by whom UABC or the EBU) will last for months if not 2 years.

Wishlist Part 3:
11) Serhiy Babkin - Holos 7 judge and alternative icon. Cool music and great personality. Stated his interest in Eurovision in a recent interview.
12) DaKooka - Holos 7 breakout star with really indie music.
13) Artem Pivovarov - Max Barskih derivative but good songwriting skills and BOPS!
14) Assol - child star and also Holos 6 star. If TAYANNA writes another ballad for her it could be good))
15) Katya Chilly - Holos 7 star. Queen of modern ethno in Ukraine at the moment and is quite possible for 2018.

Babkin can end up in the same scandal like SunSay since they're in the same band.
I always knew Dakooka but I still can't get into her music.
Pivovarov is almost a Eurovision fan but I'd never choose someone like him for my own reasons.
Asol' - she needs a gr8 song. You can guess it's written by Tayanna even without knowing that)) I certainly don't mind.
Katya Chilly - the last third of that video is so f---n incredible. As I've said earlier the Voice showed that her music can be adjusted for Eurovision and it can be an outstanding performance in the end. With the song, voice & drama/performance perfectly combined. Here's the same song adjusted for TV:
This can be the most beautiful/creepy/mystical/hypnotizing story-performance with undeniably strongest vocals ESC has ever heard (not counting opera singers). I want to hear our pagan poetry (Björk ftw)/language on Eurovision. A Tinker Bell with "only" 3 octaves (imo she's modest) - 150cm tall but strong as f--k
But a good song is the main demand.

17) Purur - LOVED them in 2016 and waiting for new music from them (!!) perhaps a collaboration with Morphom this time ?
18) Ivan Navi - rising star especially in W Ukraine with his Ukrainian-language hits (perhaps taking the Barskih market for people who want more Ukrainian language content). Also came from Holos from one of the earlier seasons.
19) Vivienne Mort - one of my personal winners of Vidbir 2017 and probably would've been my ideal entry. talented and deserves more recognition even within the Ukrainian music industry.
20) LAUD - Vlad Karaschuk who was a Holos 6 finalist is now on Jamala's label and released his first single under his new stage name.
21) Мальбэк - internet project that now features Syuzanna Abdulla from X Factor Ukraine a few seasons back. Quickly rising with internet views and popularity as they wrote a song on Karol's new album.
