Those two thingys make it look like a skull in some performances, including the Czech Republic's one. But I do like the stage, it looks pretty good on the TV.

I think the stage and the venue look great.

I didn't notice the skull before but I just watched Gabriela and it can really look like she's standing on a pink skull. I think that only adds to the staging.

The skull represents the death of classic Eurovision and the beginning of a new era of entertainment.

Loved the stage, might be the best one so far. In fact I think SVT have produced the best stages in ESC (2013 and 2016).

Personally, I don't like this year's stage at all. It's too small for my taste. And somehow everything is too dark and shallow. Maybe it grows on me after tonight and Saturday, we'll see.

This year's stage is not very good, it's so dark ( bad lights? ) the backdrops are dull and not creative like Malmo's show, the camera work is OK nor excellent, nor bad, so the best stage from 2010 until now is Denmark's!

I quite like the stage this year (huge improvement from the one in Malmö )
I agree that Denmark's is still the best one from the 2010s though.
