I've changed my view a bit, this is what I think now after the jury rehearsal:

OK, I know the whole forum has been waiting for this, so here is my OFFICIAL prediction for the 10 qualifiers from semi-final 1.

My first ballot picks are : Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Hungary and Armenia.
Second ballots are : Estonia, Moldova, Russia and Montenegro.
Sweden I'm about 40% sure about. Depends on whether Sweden win their appeal as to what rehearsal to use. Portugal could be replaced by Latvia or Netherlands, but Portugal's running order is so good, the delegation could not have hand-picked it better.

The last qualifiers are of course the most difficult ones, as anything could happen. Iceland could very well be replaced by Portugal or Latvia. The Netherlands and Belgium could (and should!) be replaced by Albania and Moldova. I just somehow don't think so (Moldova is too hardcore, Portugal and Albania are preceded by breaks and Latvia got the 2nd slot -if this still counts for something and it might, if you're shaky).

There could be a shocking surprise, there sometimes is. It would have to be one of my first six not qualifying or on a positive note, San Marino finally making the cut, but I really cannot see any of that coming.

We'll see about it tomorrow. I'll get four right anyway

Cold Hard Facts - Eurovision 2014: First predictions

As for my predictions, I think these are a lock for qualifying from semi 1:
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine.
Estonia, Netherlands and Belgium are very likely to go through and the last qualifier will be one of Montenegro/Latvia/Iceland.
Portugal could shock qualify, but I hope that won't happen

From the first semi I would definitely not send: Latvia, Iceland, Belgium, Moldova.

That makes it twelve contestants left for 10 spots. Two more missing out... and they are to be chosen from: Russia, The Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Hungary.

My final choice then: Russia misses out for the first time. And... The Netherlands (unfortunately).

9/10. Not bad. Not a huge fan of Albania, but it's terribly underrated. Better than a few qualifiers.

7/10 Annoyed at San Marino and Montenegro (Although I'm glad both have finally qualified). Azerbaijan was poor but unfortunately an expected qualifier. Latvia won me over and I was hoping and hoping but in the end, it wasn't enough

Personal Thoughts?

I doubt Latvia, Iceland, Albania, Belgium, Moldova, and The Netherlands will get much votes. I will be genuinely surprised if Portugal and The Netherlands qualified to the Grand Final. Russia isn't really a favourite at the moment, considering their political situation, but I will be very surprised if Russia qualifies.

I agree with a lot of what's been said, Russia is a shaky choice to qualify, and the second semi is the most difficult to choose from.

I would say...

Semi 1: definetly. But the remaining four.. maybe.. These ones are mostly my personal hopes, but we'll see.

I'm not sure about the second semi-final ones yet.

8/10.. Estonia and Albania wrong. But I had a feeling Iceland would be a surprise qualifier instead of Albania after the performances tonight. And I'm glad, because I love this song too. And I'm really glad for San Marino also.
