I hope so tbh. Norway is in the first half too, but obviously they won't perform that early twice.

I don't know whether :fr: will get a late spot like.... 11th or 13th.

Yeah they always changed that. I also think that :sl: is the obvious choice. At least I can't really think of any other uptempo song in the 1st half they could choose?

I mean it doesn't have to end like with maraaya in 2015. They had a really bad staging, Lea is miles above them in performing live! So I'm pretty confident that she can make an impact either way

The only thing I'm f***ing, is stupid
You know Björkman likes an uptempo act to start the show, and there aren't many. I hope that won't be the case.

Rybak would be a decent opener in the final too, an unpopular theory I know... Not that Björkman is against the entry, but he will likely use the logic that novelty and upbeat would get the attention of the public. I think Slovenia will be closer to 7th-10th with Portugal.

I agree, but it never happened before. Generally, songs that perform early in the semi get later starting positions in the final, and vice versa.
Personally, I think "Hvala, Ne!" would work better between 7th-10th as you said.

Yeah... Otherwise in a worst case scenario, Estonia would perform first as it fit the same criteria of Rybak's act in the eyes of the general public. Also Slovenia getting second would be horrible. xshrug

I don't know, going first often means bad televoting results. :( Not that it matters much when it comes to Slovenians because they always bomb in the final no matter what, but still.

Unless they spice things up and pick a ballad/mid-tempo song to open the show (Serbia, Austria, UK for instance), I guess 1st place is a lock. :(

Slovenia is a hot topic right now.

Congrats! xclap

I had a hunch before the semi, but after the performance I was 100% sure.

To me, she feels like this semi´s winner.
