I don't like the song. At all!
BUT:
I'm happy for Slovenia because she was so low in the odds - a surprise qualifier is something I'm very empathic with because I can imagine the even greater joy.

Nonetheless - I'd trade this one for.... Poland or Latvia.

this was the shock of the night, but after watching it I thought this could make it. The 'technical fault' was actually done really well and wasn't super cringe (not to me anyway). It's probably what helped it.

That and she had a solid, well-staged performance, like all the other songs with well planned dance performances like Norway or Sweden, that went through (and not senseless fidgeting like Poland, Malta etc.)

Both Latvia and Poland had awful live vocals - Lukas was flat for the majority of the song, and Laura gradually migrated to a completely different key around halfway through the song. It was uncomfortable to listen to.

Delighted to see Slovenia qualify, it's a quirky and unique song but not sure how I feel about the fake music drop. xthink

True, I don't like either of them particularly. But Hvala ne is just so annoying to my ears.... I appreciate the modern beat and intro but the rest.... it really makes me aggressive.

I'm very happy she made it. The staging worked really well, the song is super energetic, Lea knows how to entertain AND IT'S IN FREAKING SLOVENE!! If it was in english it would be just another one in the mix.

Hopefully next year we will see more and more native languages at eurovision!

The break was really silly and weakens the song IMO. I wonder if they'll do it exactly thes ame in the final, or change something since the surprise element is gone....

Thank god the running order saved us, I really liked the song (as opposed to the disasters of 2016 and 2017). Happy she made it through, despite this is most likely a 2014 situation.

Running order means shit. Best example - similar electic song, Latvia's last year. Last one in running order, last one in results. Lea was just the best tonight.

Not a fan of the fake technical issues thing – the same as when Spain tried it a couple of years back – but this was a strong performance, and I'm happy to see a unique (for Eurovision), native-language song like this getting through against the odds. Good job Slovenia!

Now let's hope they get rid of the fake music drop for the final; it'll seem even more staged if the viewers see it for a second performance in a row

Congratulations, dear neighbors. Most people didn't expect Slovenia to qualify but you did it. It is a deserved qualification.
