I forgot to actually put my impressions here
I am very content with the festival in general. The quality is better than Beovizija 2009 and (especially) Beosong 2013 where we couldn't get 3 listenable songs.
My top 10 would be like this:
1. Danijel Pavlovic
2. Dusan Svilar
3. Biber & DJ Niko Bravo
4. Sanja Ilic & Balkanika
5. Maja Nikolic
6. Rambo & Beti
7. Sevdah Baby
8. Boris Rezak
9. Lana & Aldo
10. Rejbass
Top 5 is what I consider ESC material and the other 5 are my guilty pleasures
Danijel has (for me) the best song. It's the style I like and it's a balkan ballad too. It's weaker than those we were sending in the past but still good enough. Svilar is also great even though the song is weaker than "Spas". I can see him winning in the end and I wouldn't mind at all.
Balkanika is good but much weaker than I expected. This is their weakest song ever probably. But still, with a good stage act, it can end well. Too bad they didn't send a strong entry like "One Love" for example. That one is 5x times stronger than "Nova deca". They are a complete package still, nonetheless, and I would be happy to see them winning.
Biber is awesome, I like their song actually more than the one of Balkanika. Which I didn't expect. I am a bit skeptic how it will sound live though. And Maja Nikolic is also much better than expected. With an appropriate act she could also stand out on ESC.
So, whoever wins from the bolded ones, I am happy
I like the songs from #6-#10 too. Rambo & Beti I probably listened to the most actually and I will keep doing that even after Beovizija I don't see them on ESC but the song is awesome. I think it could do well as well. I predict them in the top 5 of the jury voting and some solid points from televoting too.
The others are nice too, I expected a ballad from Rezak (similar to the ones he sang before), yet we got a very catchy uptmepo song. Lana & Aldo are also great, they mixed everything really well.
Rejbass is another pleasant surprise. A very unusual and dark song but I like it
I think the only two songs I really dislike in this competition are Osmi Vazduh and Ivan Kurtic. Both are utterly horrible. The rest I could listen even if I am not the fan.

Danijel probably would not enter the finals.
His song is a pale attempt by such songs that which have represented us several times.
The only song from which Serbia can draw the maximum benefit on the main stage is New Kids unconditionally.
This is the only truly real.
It is not normal for your country to want poorer placement due to some personal affinities.

You've misread the post quite a bit, I clearly said what is my own opinion and what is objective. I also wrote objectively that Balkanika's song is not that spectacular even though it has potential,especially live. I also wrote that 5 songs I consider "ESC material" and their song was among them
There is no such thing as "uncodiotionally" either as when it comes to music. You need to learn to respect other people's opinions - that is the truth No one is obligated to do anything.

The funniest thing actually is that he is attacking people who don't praise Balkanika as if the song is some sort of a second coming of Christ. And he is also making predictions about Top 10 even though we don't know 30+ songs yet.
It's not even enough to "just like" the song, no....let alone have some other favorites maybe.
We are not a fan club of any artist here and we are not obligated to praise anyone. We don't have "bots" who praise people for sandwitches like certain supporters of certain people in our country (people from know what I am talking about) either. As far as I saw, the biggest irony is that most people who don't rank Balkanika as #1 still like the song. I also like it and I will be satisfied with its victory. But I certainly have no intentions of making a ranking to please someone else as I stand behind what I write every time.
Balkanika isn't even a "landslide" favorite in this NF either and he is making top 10 predictions for the ESC 2018 final. Objectivity (that he teaches us about) at its best.
