It's the only song we were wrong about. I expected Serbia to qualify over Lithuania but I can't say I'm sad. After being one of my favorites in 2012 I couldn't find anything appealing about this song but still thought that it would make the cut just with having a good draw and a healthy amount of support from the televoters but it seems it just wasn't enough. All three girls are talented singers and deserved a stronger song. In particular I enjoyed Sara so maybe she can try again in the future as a solo artist.

Actually, this performance would have worked better with the original costumes because now the theatrical bit of it became weird (especially for those not knowing what the lyrics are about).

Still sad though, I think Serbia deserved to qualify, but I think the performance is part of why it failed.

I've always thought it was one of the worst songs of the year, so I was glad.

Yes, I had to explain to my mum a concept of this song and their national final performance as context. I told her, I don't know what they did here and she agreed but she liked the song and said it's nice, funny and melodic. I guess sympathy for Balkans runs in the family ;D

I'm so sorry for the girls. I expected them to qualify, but the performance was a bit messy. They were better in the NF.

Amazing how the balkans bloc all got destroyed. Juries? Or bloc voting was always just an illusion? Or people are voting along different lines?

They should have kept the Devil and Angel costumes instead of those Japanese pop lolita costumes.

If Serbia want to succeed with a national final format next year, then they need a 50/50 split vote. 100% televoting brings...well...stuff like this.

So Balkans are complaining about blocks? Please give me a break!
This year all ex Yugo entries are meh, bad or terrible... and the worst of them was Serbia.

In the ex USSR block there is no such a ties like in ex Yugo countries, for example Estonian people, culture and language has nothing to do with Ukrainan people. Only Russia can be called favoured by their Russian fellows who live all around.

Why? I'm wondering why? Ok, song is fair, nothing special but the melody remain into your mind. I can't understand the meaning but from the national final it was almost clear the fight between angel & devil. Also at the look... wow superhot and sexy perfomance. On first semifinal they were all dressed like dolls... what's this for? Also they performance was not as good as in national final.

Speaking about former yugoslavia block voting. I though that with many songs with *fully understandable* text they could make good result altogether, while they all failed!

I agree, people like trolling way too much. The same thing used to happen here in Spain.

People should stop complaining about ex-yu block voting. It's never as prominent as some of the others. If they all voted massively for each other, one or two would have surely qualified. One or two twelves probably were there, but the rest were probably middle points.

I wonder if this will happen to the Nordics in the second semi!! But then people would be so upset, they will create so much rage that the whole site will go down!

It happened that this year the voting method has changed and so the probabilities to qualify by blocks have been reduced. The Nordics can't be compared with ex Yugo blocking votes because they always gave 12 points to their neighbors and even the whole top 3 is full of Balkans fellows... Take a look how many points Sweden gave to Denmark or Nornway last year, and his 12 pointer was Cyprus ...in 2011 Finland gave 12 to Hungary and so on.

Most ex-yu singers are known among the ex-yu countries, because they do concerts over there (there are interviews, CD marketing, etc). Like last year. Kaliopi is known very well in the ex-yu countries, and so is Zeljko Joksimovic, Nina Badric and to some extent Maya Sar. These people have collaborated together or have collaborated with friends of these people on musical projects. The Slovenian song in 2012 was composed by the guy who composed Molitva, and hence the points (not big, but they were there). Dino Merlin from 2011 is very well known among the ex-yus. And his 12 points should come as no surprise. Even I wanted him to get the 12's!! :D Nina Kovac comes from a known family of musicians, so her points are also no big of a surprise. Maja got only 30 points in the televoting (which means it got not much support from the ex-yus at all), but got points mostly because of the jury and her singing. In 2004, Slovenia ended almost last with 5 points in the semi.
Should I go on????

Ok, I'll go on. Milan from 2010, was part of an idol-type show that was pretty much watched in the ex-yu countries. He also has released songs that were popular over there. Same thing goes about Vukasin Brajic. Feminem flopped big time in 2010, even though some people knew them among the ex-yu countries. Slovenia also failed bad. Macedonia didn't get much televoting love in 2010 (it was mostly jury support).

I can still go on! The thing is artists like Greta and Jonsi (which i absolutely loved), are probably not popular or known in Finland or Sweden. I doubt Loreen was popular in Iceland before "Euphoria" or Krista Siegfrids.
