as for Mumiy Troll
I'm sorry, but that is just awful! I hate it, when vocal and singing incapabilities are hidden behind "uncommon" acting (like his funny mimics) on stage. Sorry pal - learn to sing properly in tune, than you're on my list

I hope she won't be booed :? It was enough embarrassment last year. Even Alsou didn't know how to react.

No one deserves to be booed, no matter where they are from, or what their song is like. This year i'm really worried for Russia again (even though I strongly dislike the song) and Finland. A not very nice side of the Eurovision fan was shown last year. I felt very sorry for the twins and quite embarrassed actually to be a fan of the contest.

Was that booed as well? I had no idea. That's really sad.

Also upsetting was the crowd reaction to "Leto Svet"xcry1 revallsay and I were appalled.

In all seriousness though. The crowd needs to hold themselves back. The only thing that should be coming out of their mouth is a cheer, otherwise they should just keep silent.

I agree, I mean one must be fan enough of contest to buy tickets and attend the shows live, so why booing entries? no matter the reason, that's nasty :?

I think this is referring to Alsou announcing the points, not when she sung.
Booing seems to be justified, when the song or the presentation is bad. I wouldn't want to have fans that only applaud - whatever they get presented. This is not the north corean communist party convention. But I agree with you, booing at an artist for political reasons is completely unacceptable!

Oh, as she was reading the points.

I don't think booing is justifiable at all actually. It's just as bad if it's a song you don't enjoy because music is subjective. I think it can be made very clear when a crowd doesn't like a song, and it can be done without sinking to the nastiness of booing. A quieter reaction says the message just as well.

Polina knows that she might be booed for political reasons and agreed to sing for Russia anyway. I think she shouldn't be seen like a helpless little girl. She is fully aware of the political situation and decided to sing a hypocritical peace song. The only thing missing is the LED screen being illuminated in the colors of the rainbow to make the hypocrisy perfect. I don't see a problem with ten thousand voices being raised against Russia and this piece of propaganda. The contest has never been just about music and everybody knows it. Russia itself is sending an entry that is blatant propaganda. Russia singing about peace is reason enough to boo and I hope we will hear some booing again.

(I think after Supergirl an Mlyn were banned, it has gotten too peaceful here.)
