One of the better ballads this year. It's a good song, but many songs are better. 10 points from me, and 15th in my ranking (out of 38)

I usually don't like those "peace and love" songs because, while they are not impossible to do right, most of them are exercises of blandness, and I can't feel any real sincerity or honesty on them.

But, this one is one of the few songs this year I actually liked instantly, after a single listen. Does that make it more honest? No, it is still phony and unsincere, but there are some factors that put the balance on the positive side: first, a powerful voice performance. This girl can sing!

Second: I like the way it builds. It never gets boring, just moves from "quiet" to "powerful" and by the final chorus...this is something it really catches the atention.

I can't believe this, but...10/12. I truly liked it, and...I won't be ruling out a Russian victory.

I don't know what to think, I immediately loved Elhaida's, Michele's and Anita's song is ok, but when I have to tell how I feel about this song, it's hard to tell. I have to listen to it tomorrow and then judge it.

This is ok, though I think What If had a better chorus, just more elaborate. That 'million voices' hook will grate if I hear it too many times. Of course for Eurovision most will only hear it once or twice so the huge production and simple chorus will likely be effective. But there would be better winners this year (and I'm not talking about that overrated Swedish song).

The whole thing made me cringe. Not quite Dina Garipova levels of cringe but incredibly close. The most important thing for me when it comes to music is sincerity. That's one heck heck of a calculated song and message. I'm not buying it's pseudo lovey-dovey all together as one message. That was absolutely horrible. I feel so close to giving (what I think) to be my first 0 of the year, but i'll go 1. Her voice is ok, and the woman actually has some charisma. I can't bear the song at all though.

did I get the right youtube-vid? it's over 4 min! Can't imagine that they will bring it out in a version that is too long just before the deadline....

Omg thank you. I was starting to think I was the only one who does not like it. :?

It sounds ok but as all "piece" songs this one is primitive with stupid lyrics. So 2 pt and no more.

I am pleasantly surprised. I am certainly not a lover of Russian entries at ESC but A Million Voices is a very beautiful song for me, pretty moving.
I feel a lot of purety in Polina's voice and despite being unoriginal, I also like the videoclip.
Good job Russia !

Well, it's not as bad as I feared, and well produced. Has the potential to get very shouty live though so hopefully Polina can reign it in.

Granted eurovision is the place for such songs, but what the heck, isn't this going a tad bit too far already? Someone's been over dilligent, the place is absolutely crowded with these things.
Who's gonna bother to tell one from the other in the end?

Almost every year I like the Russian entries, but this year I don't like it, but the singer is great... I wanted something else from Polina Gagarina...
