In the atmosphere of freedom, Rumia's culture thrives. We like to show various fields of art in NSC and have already been promoting video games and movies. Now it's time for literature. The Hanging Tree is a fan arrangement of a song that appears in a popular youth book series - The Hunger Games trilogy, by Suzanne Collins. The arrangement is humble, melancholic and charming.

It may not seem so at first glance, but we're staying in (kind of) the same climate as last edition. That applies to the current entry, as well as the entire edition's main theme. By now you should have guessed what the theme is, or else you're a hopeless case. No further introduction, cause we're busy destr building the arena for NSC 94.
