Haha my favourites are also "De La Capat" and "Superman", while at the same time Chica Latine would be the worst thing they could send ;).

Overall :ro: has a pretty ok national final, there are no real "winners" for me here, but none of the songs is something I would consider horrible.

I think it's the first time in my life when I say I'd go with Voltaj.. their song is nice and let's not forget about the live version, which really matters. Voltaj always had a good presence and a lot of experience when it comes to live performance, which I say it is, obviously, a must.

I've always liked Tudor Turcu and his song is pretty catchy, though I wish he'd find a better composer, I don't think this one matches his potential. I still remember him singing at the X Factor "Here Without You", it was by far my favorite version..I wish he had a more rock song.

"Chica Latine" is such a cliche, but I have a feeling that romanians will vote for it.

All in all I think it's a good year, but I can't say that I'm utterly impressed.

It seems that we will send Voltaj. I don't know if they will keep the song in Romanian at Vienna. I hope they will keep it like is now because Romanian language works better for this song.

After several listenings, I think I will go with Voltaj too. I would love to keep it in romanian, tho. It's time to care more for the message we transmit rather than result. At least once ^_^

I don't know about the rules, but do they have this option? TVR already showed that the song is going to be in Romanian, changing the language is a big deal after all.

Yes! The rules allow to make changes, even for the language. Probably will be a huge debate and maybe they will sing in Romanian. :)

There is a show for presentation or something, I just found out about it  Live TVR 1
And Craiova will host the NF

OOOOOOMG just realized Lara Lee is actually Larisa Ciortan. And I was like, why isn't she trying again this year xrofl2 She said that "Superman" has the same producers as "I feed you my love" xfaint

'I feed you my love' from Sweden? I just loved it!
I was a bit confused at the beginning as well with her new name..I'm wondering what happened with the guy she was singing with, I liked the combination. No T&L anymore?

I know I heard this one few weeks before it was announced as a contestant, but it is definitely my favorite among the participants.

A full support from me.

I am not pleased in particular with songs from Luminita and Lara. The first one sounds to me like a mix from many different songs that I heard in 2004-2007 era, while the one from Lara reminds me on Chandelier way too much.

I feel the same with Luminita, I get the feeling that it's 2004 each time I hear her latest songs. And that's the main problem with her, she's stuck, I hardly see evolution when I look at her.

Not impressed with this selection but there is some decent stuff. ''Love won't run away'' sounds quite good for now.

Whichever song wins, I hope it is in native language :D (yes I know that the list would be shorted to 10% in that case, but........just saying  )

I always preferred when countries send songs on native, rather than English.

Lyrics on native always seemed to flow much better with a song´s tempo and the entirety of instrumental background in a song, making it way more enjoyable.

Tudor Turcu (Save Us) , Blue Noise (Love Won‘t Run Away), Voltaj (De la capăt), Alexa & Temişan (Chica Latina), Trupa Băieţii (Dragoste în lanţuri) are invited Sunday on a talk-show hosted by TVR to discuss more about their songs. They also recorded an interview with CEJ, because they can't arrive at this show.

Apparently TVR will also reveal a special guest Sunday for the Selectia Nationala right from the host-city's mayor, Olguta Vasilescu. Nico and Vlad Miriţă they are also invited to discuss about their participation in 2008, Liana Săndulescu will talk about the 2009 edition from Moscow and Cătălin Bugean will reveal some secrets about Sala Polivalentă from Craiova, the location where Selectia Nationala 2015 will be held.
