I wanted Liviu Guta - "La donna di nero" to win, and when he stayed in semis, I supported "Emi emi milia" in the final! they were also SUPERB!

I don't know if Romanians are supportive every year, but this year, keeping in mind that Cezar won the televote, and after reading in Romanians webs comments of people who think we have a great song, I wouldn't be surprised if those 12 in the poll are from people who really love the song

I wouldn't call them favorites until after the Semis. Before that they had a good chunk of supporters (like me) but were never at the top of the betting odds. Though they certainly were doing much better than Romania this year.

It seems we didn't visited the same forums in 2006. The big favorite in 2006 was Mihai and close to it was Carola, Dima Bilan si Hari Mata Hari. They all were in top 5 and Lordi was the shock that all the esc fans had, no one gave them any chance and even were close to the bottom in the polls.
