Predict final top 10

Okay, then the Italian entry mightn't be Jazz but it has a very similar relaxed and 'classy' feel to it (to amateurs' ears, at least xD). While I personally like it, I do not think it is instant at all (in fact I needed a lot longer to get the melody into my head than it was the case with their 2011 and 2012 entries, actually I am still struggling ). Neither of their comeback entries could reach the voters' Top-10 that is why I'd be genuinely surprised if this went much further. But who knoweth, surprises are bound to happen. I do not want to write it off yet.

Only very well staged ballads from the Balkans can do well with televoting these days .

Did Iceland (2009), the Ukraine (2011) and Azerbaijan (2012) suddenly belong to the Balkans? The difference was that these songs were more contemporary/pop-driven and memorable.

I really think Georgia is going to win the whole thing. I can imagine the results being very reminiscent of Azerbaijan in 2011. That is, assuming Georgia gets a good draw.
Other countries I expect to do well include Ukraine, Russia (urgh), Denmark, Azerbaijan and Italy.
Countries I'd like to see get in the top 10 but I don't think will include Israel and Finland.

Picking eight was fairly straightforward.

Denmark, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Russia, Azerbaijan, Germany and Greece are all fairly safe bets.

I'll also add Finland. I expect Krista's great stage show will hoover up the phone votes. It's probably more out of patriotic hope, but I'll pick UK to pip Sweden to the last spot.

Both are my current bets for the televoting last place (and in case of Austria this means the semi-final).

Well Austria is not a song that people will speak badly of.

It could get a lot of love but i concede it can go really unoticed.

France, with a good draw and not just behind Germany of a big uptempo favorite can really surprise. She will give an amazing performance and i really believe she can do well with televoting and juries.
