It's a feminist song and people see similarities to "In Corpore Sano", you may not know what Claudia is singing about but you can sing along with her, what is missing is the hand choreo
My inability to speak Portuguese has nothing to do with me not getting why people like it, I didnt know what Amar pelos dois, O Jardim or Saudade saudade where about initally but I got them instantly and loved them.

I really do not think In Corpore Sano works as a comparision as that song actually has verses

If you enjoy You Can't Win, Charlie Brown's track (one of my top 5 contenders for this FdC), check this one. It's Canadian, it's old (like 2011?), it's completely unknown and it's in my life for such a long time and I still have some tiny tears coming while listening to it. And yes, there's a HUGE link with YCWCB. Promised!

I don't entirely disagree, the first time I heard it I found it repetitive also, but it also is the type of song that can work for an international public if staged well and if visually it isn't repetitive.

It seems that Mimicat is currently at #6 on Portugal's Spotify Viral 50.

I hope that means something because I could really do with more of my favourites winning national selections.

April Ivy has a Melodifestivalen quality staging.
And now I am getting nervous.

At this moment Mimicat is the most likely to win the televote in the final, the question is if she will also get the same support from the judges... Also she lost her voice last week, so let's see how things go on saturday, it's possible that she will not make it to the final...
April Ivy has a Melodifestivalen quality staging.
And now I am getting nervous.
The problem with April is the lyrics, the judges will not suppor her due to them.

But speaking of staging, other artists have revealed some bits:
- Inês Apenas will have a piano on stage;
- Both members of Bandua will be singing and there will be a female dancer on stage;
- Claudia will do something similar to the video clip, so I think that means it will be her and 4 female dancers on stage with her. She also said that the washing/water tank from the video clip will be on stage but I don't know if it will be in video form or if it will be the actual prop, she shared a instastory a couple of hour ago of her rehearsal room and the nf stage isn't that big;
- Also Mimicat revealed a month ago that he will be doing a choreography with two dancers and there will be a lot of red;

I not aware if other artists have revealed any info on their stagings, but if anyone is aware of something please share.

Rooting for Mimicat and Neoh Soho. Thank god the show is a bit later so I can watch UMK, too. I'm also excited for Blanca's performance tonight!

I'm looking forward most to Claudia's and Mimicat's live performance and to see how Blanca Paloma song works with a less impressive staging like they had on Benidorm. I kinda wish also Ivandro, Edmundo and Barbara performed in this semi to understand better who has the biggest chance to win, things are a bit uncertain this year...
