She has it in the bag public wise, no doubt about that. Still not sure about jury vote though. This doesn't seem something they'd rave too much about.I do like Mimicat but I do think it's a bit overrated. Claudia had a far more interesting performance imo.
My personal fave. is you can't win charlie brown, but i doubt they "can win", unfortunately.
Barbara Tinoco and Ivandro are both amazing so I'd be even happier with them.
Portuguese people here do you think Mimi has this in the bag?

YCWCB was also my favorite, I'm sure the jury will give them the rightful appreciation, I don't believe the same will happen with the televote. Even people that love the song are terrified about the 100% televote in the semis, so they'll probably go for something less muted.
I have a feeling we'll have a surprise winner this year. Something along the lines of what happened with Black Mamba. A performance that scores well with both juries and televote, but isn't one of the front-runners.
My bet is Ivandro. We'll see.
As do I I understand why people like it, but it's not my favorite song and I wasn't crazy about the staging either (but that can be improved).ok great. don't get me wrong I'd take Mimicat but I do think there are much better songs in your nf
Mimicat's semifinal video is trending on youtube a #27 and Claudia is trending at #34, with Mimicat having more views, likes and comments.
I kinda want to say that it may be an indication that Mimicat won the televote in the semi, but April Ivy is the third most viewed video and she definitely didn't placed high in the televote.
He's very good live. Always puts a different spin on his interpretations.I have hopes for Edmundo's song. Anyone know if he's any good? Is he popular?
Here is him singing live on The Voice, he placed #4 in the 2022 editionI have hopes for Edmundo's song. Anyone know if he's any good? Is he popular?
Ok. This guy can sing. Not worried. He's younger than I thought from the photo. What I love about his NF song is the rythm, the guitars and his, to me, very Portugese way of expressing himself. I loved Sobral (went to see him live in Malaga, he was a natural!), adored MARO, really like Charlie Brown from yesterday and hope to like Edmundo. Here is him singing live on The Voice, he placed #4 in the 2022 edition
I like many of your favorites. The only thing, for me, is the language. When MARO switched over to Portugese last year the song gave me chills. It's a beautiful language... and it's worked quite well for Portugal.Wanted to see the semi yesterday evenin, but my stream was too weak (probably my laptop had an aftershock after Käääijä ), so I re-listened the winners today. As I thought my favorite is Neon Soho, but I also really like SAL. I fear though that this year my faves (also of semi 2) won't win - My most favorite is Bárbara Tinoco!

Absolutely agree! That would be my only wish: that my fave songs would be in Portugese! Such a beautiful language - too good to waste!I like many of your favorites.
