Always!
The only thing that is dubbed to portuguese is kids programs or movies. The rest is always with subtitles!

In europe I don 't think it's that common.

I was in Italy a few weeks ago and tv it's exactly like spain and france and germany. everything dubbed, dubbed, dubbed!

It is the same here in Sweden. But yeah, it is rare in bigger european countries like Germany, France and Italy for example.

Yes, I use subtitles only if I need to watch something on streaming that it's still not dubbed in Italian
