Justyna would slay into top3 with Witcher. Instead, we got blonde who can't sing, rides an imaginary horse and is dressed like McDonald's ketchup.

Poland looks REALLY good from the screen, just from that small clip alone. I just wish she was a better singer. The chess theme is really effective, the part with the red horse and the space background is GORGEOUS.

Polish diaspora can be cruel. They don't support a Polish song unless it's really good and Luna's vocals sound very thin... the staging is alright though...at least it's something different and positive/lively/vivid/playful (most of semi 1 is quite dark or melodramatic).

German televote gave 12 points to Gromee feat. Lukas Meijer. I guess thats a really good polish song?

This could be another The Ride scenario: The song is among my favourites, but the vocals are questionable, and it ends up NQ'ing.

Each year has some of these. Last year one of the most remarkable examples was Hoida Mut in the UMK. Before that, we had Gram-Of-Fun. And probably a dozen more examples from the same category of strong pop songs failing on stage.

Maybe the producers can find some really powerful backing audio to drown her voice. We know from Melfest that the Swedes are really good at that.

This is not for me, unfortunately. I think, Luna is a cool person but there‘s something off-putting in her voice. I also don’t like the staging much tbh. 4 points. May be the Rosa Linn 2024 on IG & TikTok because it’s perfect background music for a video.

Gromee has been quite a well-known DJ before ESC (and even got a #1 song). "Light Me Up" also hit #1 in PL and was certified 2x Platinum.
The live performance was horrendous, no doubt about that but the song was very, very successful.

Blanka, however, was "only" #7 in the GF. If you get 4 pts from each country with some diaspora in a semi (if you're lucky a handful of countries), it's still not enough to qualify. Diaspora can be powerful at parts but the song/artist/performance are still the most important factors.

I can see it borderline qualifying, or not. I'm pretty convinced Cyprus won't qualify. But if Poland Q's, is it really realistic that all from H1 except Cyprus will Q? Maybe...

The question is when was the last time Poland got completely abandoned by its diaspora in a semi?
Only one who did absolutely poorly in the last 10 years was Rafał who still received 7 points from UK.

Not bad but it lacks something. I like the visual aspect of the video much more than the actual song so I hope the staging will (at least) be just as creative.

5 points.

I always get some "The Tower" advertisements on both Instagram and Youtube. What a marketing
