COMPETING THEMES (177)

1. All Around The World: a real-world country is chosen by the host. All artists competing in this event must be from the chosen country. In the case of groups, the majority of people in the group must be from the country. The song can be in any language.

2. AATW type of Spinoff but with NSC nations

3. AI Cover Spinoff

4. Covers & Remixes 5: everyone has to send cover or remixed version of a song previously entered in the main contest, including the original versions of songs whose covers or remixes were entered in NSC.

5. Major/Minor: songs changed from major into minor key (and vice versa)

6. NSC ESC Classic: any entry from any year allowed

7. NSC NF

8. Oldies: tba, the host can decide the timeframe

^Omg I have always wondered how NSC would be like if we used full rankings. Your idea is somewhat similar to that concept so I like it a lot.

So removing the votes of those who voted for more than four options, we’d arrive at the following spinoff ideas, each with six votes (unless I miscounted):

Robbery 4
Doubles 5
ESC NF 13
Hate Is the Way
Scorewhore (imagine if it actually happened after four years of campaigning for it)

Which would be enough to warrant a tiebreaker poll between these five imho. Mods, do your thing, I’d say.

Rather than have a tiebreak poll, to avoid any further delays and ties, we can just run the 5 winners in a row, then resume normal selection after that.

imo we should @tag the five hosts and whoever is most readily available hosts first?
Also, just realised that having these 5 in a row postpones the next vote But well, let's get them over with in solid succession (while enjoying each one of course! I'm not condoning rushing ^^")
