Massive congratulations Serenes and Sean for a fabulous hosting xlove

Let me get my one BIG JEALOUS moment out of the way first. This is the third time a former Yapo artist gets to take the trophy before Yapo itself goddammit  And this particular time we were juuust pipped to it by one of NSC’s most successful nations (yes, Yapo was also considering Polo & Pan, but for 195. I was torn between Canopée and Ani Kuni, although knowing me, I would’ve picked the non-winner…)
However, what can I say? Serenes is one of my regular favourite nations, and your touching tribute in your victory speech more than makes up for any unnecessary bitter feelings we may have harboured. Thank you for recognising the origins, congratulations again and we can’t wait to join you in Serenes next edition xheart The motherland is so proud xlove

Thank you also for points for Dimash, including the 12s we got from Cherniya Bigicia and Belvist!! We just squeaked into the final it seems (probably wouldn’t have made it if Ic-Sa-Calli had voted) so that qualification is enough satisfaction for us after 11 editions stuck in the semi (Sakuralia, I’ll have you know that there are a whole batch of us “unlucky nations” in the current era of NSC :p A few now on streaks longer than ours).

All in all, a fantastic result to an edition that highlighted everything we love about NSC. My top 4 in the final all prequalified (Serenes, Arirang, TaA, R-D xheart ) and I still have a half-finished detailed list of favourite entries for everyone that I was meaning to post in the semi results!
Will we avenge this victory that so nearly could’ve been our own? (of course not! Yapo never wins trolol)
But I’m just happy to see this song from this wonderful artist win NSC convincingly. Congratulations again Serenes, see you in 195!

Congrats ::ser @Karhu on your win! :)

And thank you so much @Sean for your splendid hosting! xbow xclap I thoroughly enjoyed everything, and you gave it such a unique personal touch. I loved reading the descriptions for each nation and it was such a cool idea to celebrate all of our past entries! You should be proud! xrunhug

Omg! Thank you so much for another PQ guys! I am beyond thrilled, as "Sailing" has been on repeat on my playlist ever since I first heard it, and I am always super happy when you enjoy some of our Asian entries.

Massive congratulations to Serenes! Best winner in a while, and a truly amazing song. I've shown it to a lot of my friends, as it fits the housy songs with lyrics in weird languages and they loved it as well! Great job :)

Finally back from being out camping for a week and get to see Adamsburg doing their best placement since NSC 188! Thank you everyone for voting for Clara Klingenström! :D And congratulations Serenes, I knew that song would do well the first time I heard it and it really grew on me towards the end (was a tough battle for my points in the end). And once again, well done @Sean for doing a great job hosting! :D My 100th entry will be announced shortly in my thread, stay tuned! ;)
