I'm really grateful for WV in a lot of things, but perhaps most of all for helping me come to terms with the Turkish language, which used to give me great difficulties but which I've grown very much accustomed to to the point that this would be my second entry in the language. I love the pre-chorus to this (my favorite part of most pop songs anyway) - it's so dark and distinct.

This song & I have built up a relationship over the last year-ish. I found of it from an article not long after it came out, but it took a while before it became something I spammed and grew really quite attached to. The harmonies on it are absolutely killer, making it strangely difficult to sing along to, and there are moments of it that just blow me away.

The drive in the melody, the effort in the production, the weird complexity for what could be rather simple lyrics, and the charisma of the vocals all are unlike anything really on the radio today.

I'll never have a UK region though, and there's plenty more Sugababes songs left if I ever did move. Like gosh, this song is just ridiculously good. I couldn't stop spamming it when it released FIVE years ago. Absolutely crazy how the time has just flown by. I was so pumped when these girls announced their comeback, as Sugababes officially died for me the day Keisha left the band. Keisha and Mutya were the soul of the band, and Heidi complimented them both with her sweet and sensual voice. 1.0 & 2.0 lineups >>>> 3.0 >>>>>>>> the devil himself >>>>> 4.0.

I kind of would have liked to have seen my hip suggestion "Shhh" by Raye as your London debut, if only because this is right after the Babes previous flop, and my little heart couldn't take two in the row, but what an entry! Your best ever. I adore this song. Have heard it hundreds of times over the years, and is possibly my favourite Sugababes song ever. I find it strangely poignant as well. This lineup hadn't been together since they were teenagers, and Siobhan left the band on a very sour note, but the hatchet was buried and they return with this glorious, mature sound. No one harmonizes like the original lineup. PLEEEEASE WorldVision put Calvin back in the final after a million misses. He'd be doing it with the best girl band in the world Please, please, pleasexcrossed

I'm glad you liked Raye's song that much. I discovered her recently, heard that song and was having an absolute eargasm. In my head I was like "please be from USA, please be from USA..." and then I find out she's from London...... So then I begged Calvin to send her Would have been such a cool entry. If she was from the States, I wouldn't have even had an NF this edition, I would have just sent "Shhh" internally and felt like the coolest bean playing WorldVision
