"Rain of Revolution" is one of the strangest NF winners ever, made even weirder by the fact it's the baby of a nine(?) week selection. I think this winning last year probably damaged my GeraiGerai dreams for 2018. It's a hard ask for a country to be this eccentric two years in a row.
