Again no qualifier in Lithuanian :( ... and this in a country where foreigners need to adjust their names to officially sound Lithuanian :lol:

Obviously the respect for the own language doesn't transform into this selection :(

You said something about wild-cards? However chances of a wild-card winning is probably minimum...

This bar displays likes/dislikes given via special app (it's called Balsuok app, I think). The song which will collect the most thumbs up via this app (and didn't qualify to the SF), will receive a wildcard.

Heat 3 was a lot stronger than heat 2, the best so far?

Accordiongirls and guys playing fantasy guitars seems like a popular thing in Lithuania. :D

I liked heat 3 much more than the first two ones - some good songs there :-)

My ranking:
1. Eglė Jakštytė - Give me the music
2. Elvina Milkauskaitė - Closer
3. Neringa Šiaudikytė - Used to be
4. Multiks - Crazy
5. Božolė - Happy and free
6. Eden - War without end
7. Berta Timinskaitė - Missing you, missing me
8. Sophie - Make it happen

I'm late, but I'll post my ranking and my comments for Heat 2:

1. Giedrė Smolskaitė - „Stay awake tonight"
2. I. Zasimauskaitė ir G. Vagelis - „ I fall in love"
3. „Alive Way" - „Revolution"
4. „Timohi" - „Time for life"
5. Beissoul & Gabrielė Griciūtė - „Beautiful life"
6. Mundis ir Elvina - „Aš ilgiuosi tavęs"
7. Feliksas Merlin - „Silent scream"
8. N. Pečiūra - „Kas gali pakeisti gyvenimą"

„Alive Way" - „Revolution": Not bad, but not amazed by it either. Has some good elements and it’s quite catchy. It gets monotonous, though.

Mundis ir Elvina - „Aš ilgiuosi tavęs": I don’t like this.

Giedrė Smolskaitė - „Stay awake tonight": This is good and has potential, and I really like her voice and she is pretty! I wonder why this song was so underrated, both in the comments of this forum, and in the public voting. :(

N. Pečiūra - „Kas gali pakeisti gyvenimą": This is really bad.

Feliksas Merlin - „Silent scream": Another very bad song.

I. Zasimauskaitė ir G. Vagelis - „ I fall in love": This is a very cute song! I don’t know if it can do well in ESC, though. The only part I would change is the chorus. It sounds a bit weak. But it has potential. Deserved qualifier nevertheless!

„Timohi" - „Time for life": This is interesting. I can’t say I like it, but at least it’s not a mediocre/boring song. It has nice instrumentation.

Beissoul & Gabrielė Griciūtė - „Beautiful life": That guy’s voice is very weird. The song is not that bad, but too mediocre. Too bad it qualified. xdown

All songs in Lithuanian were awful, especially in this Heat. Do you say that they had to qualify just because they were in Lithuanian? :?

This is a great idea actually. It could work as an indicator of what people in general think about your favourite and trigger counter voting from the fans. Perhaps like some real time twittertrending. I think it shouldn't affect the voting though.

I don't think you read my comment earlier :) It's one of my favourites of all the songs we have heard from Lithuania yet. I really hope she makes the wildcard! xcheer

Yeah, I read your comment, but I think you were the only one who mentioned that song as one of his favorites! It was very low in most people's ranking! :(

Even if she makes the wildcard, still there's no chance to win I think. She did terribly bad in the voting from the public! :(

My ranking:
1. „Božolė" - „Happy and Free"
2. Neringa Šiaudikytė - „Used to be"
3. Berta Timinskaitė „Missing You, Missing Me"
4. Elvina Milkauskaitė - „Closer"
5. Muzikinė grupė „Multiks" - „Crazy"
6. Sophie - „Make it happen"
7. Eglė Jakštytė - „Give me the Music"
8. Roko grupė „Eden" - „War Without End"


My comments:
Muzikinė grupė „Multiks" - „Crazy": I don’t like this song overall. Not bad, and it has nice intro and some nice moments. Don’t like his accent either.

Eglė Jakštytė - „Give me the Music": I don’t like this, reminds me of some songs of Belgian and Dutch DJs in early 00s.

Roko grupė „Eden" - „War Without End”: OMG, what is this? Disgusting!

Elvina Milkauskaitė - „Closer": In comparison to the first 3 songs, this is much better. Still not amazing, but it’s a good song. I guess is not strong enough for ESC, though.

Sophie - „Make it happen": It starts quite nicely, but then it goes nowhere. It’s so monotonous, I don’t want to listen to it until the end.

Neringa Šiaudikytė - „Used to be": From all the songs so far in this heat, this is the only one that can have some potential in ESC. Reminds me of some Melodifestivalen songs from former years!

Berta Timinskaitė „Missing You, Missing Me": Adele a la Lithuanian? It’s a good song nevertheless! With the song above, the only one that can have potential in ESC.

„Božolė" - „Happy and Free": They saved the best for the end! Very nice song!

Heat 3 was the worst heat so far. I can't say that the songs were very bad or something, but there was no song that would really stand out in a positive way. Here's my ranking of all the entries:

1. Elvina Milkauskaite - Closer = 8/10
2. Božole - Happy And Free = 7.5/10
3. Egle Jakštyte - Give Me The Music = 7.5/10
4. Neringa Šiaudikyte - Used To Be = 7/10
5. Berta Timinskaite - Missing You, Missing Me = 6.5/10
6. Multiks - Crazy = 6/10
7. Sophie - Make It Happen = 4.5/10
8. Eden - War Without End = 1.5/10

My personal qualifiers are Closer, Happy and free and Give me the music, but to be really honest: I would only miss "Closer" if it fails to qualify. I don't really care about the other songs from this qualification round.
