Claus Zier knows exactly what he's doing. And the engineers seems dedicated to their duty. Not to mention it no longer looks like a box of concret. I no longer have any doubts about this. Brilliant work, Claus!!

Here's Claus Zier sharing his thoughts and ideas behind the stage:

Very interesting. I really like his thoughts behind it. And now I even think the scaffold that I didn't like in the beginning could be interesting if it's used by the acts in the right way.

FilipFromSweden, one of the biggest i think, Finland, Germany, Norway, Denmark's NF this year's stage look quite big, but the problem is how good it is for a stage for 10.000 - 15.000 capacity can be for an arena with a capacity of 30.000? it should be ESC 2012 large i think, i bet 30% of the audiences can't even see the stage

BGN well they can make a different stage for the final

You can't make a Baku stage every year, you need to see it before you can say it. I have been in the final in Friends Arena and everyone can see the stage.
It's not all about how big stages you can build or how much money you can spend, it's about how you can make the best show as possible which Melodifestivalen (well not this year) usually do very well with.

I think I was far too quick to judge the stage. From that video it does look very fresh and exciting. Lots of new ideas. Imagine dancers high atop those cubes!? I like what the stage has been inspired by as well.

Hopefully Valentina makes use of the waterxheat

I really like the stage! I'm pleased that there will yet again be a structure on the stage, like last year. I'm also getting retro ESC vibes with this stage. It reminds me a bit of the 1982 and 1988 stages. xup
