Just showed my roommate the second rehearsal of Aminata. Before she didn't like the song very much, but the first thing she said after the video ended was "She is going to win"

First I didn't like this song that much but after seeing second rehearsal.. wow, my votes are going to Latvia!!

I noticed yesterday that songs that are reliant on a heavy bass didn't sound so great, because a lot of the bass just doesn't register well on TV. Now, when I heard Love Injected at Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam the bass was booming. Like, orgasmic stuff. This won't happen tomorrow for the TV audience and it really peels off an important layer from this song. I worry about that. I really hope the staging will be spot on because it's going to need that.

Hope you were impressed

She sounded great from way back where I was sitting, and the response from the audience was very good.
My one concern though is that the overhead shot for the bridge doesn't seem to be as effective as it should be....it cuts away too quickly compared to the overhead shot at the Supernova final.
