Aminata is a true class act. She can definitely count on my vote on the semi-final night, and hopefully on the final night too.

Cracking performer Aminata.Sure to have a career after ESC.Her delivery live is top class. One of my highlights of this ESC season so far is discovering this artist.A genuine talent.

Aminata is so promising as a songwriter and performer. I can't wait to hear her album, which is already released in Latvia and should be online as soon as possible.

(Also, I like the drummer's Instrumenti shirt xup)

I can't find the post, but on the day of the album release, she made a post on Facebook apologizing to international fans and telling us to be patient as it would be online this upcoming week. It looks like she deleted the post and she may not know when it will be available, but I'm sure her team is trying to get it ready for online purchase as soon as possible.

Thanks, it's not even up on Latvian iTunes Store which is unusual:?

I won't be surprised if this wins. Aminata is an unique performer and we'll hear her name after ESC too.

Amninata is this year's wild horse and possibly the winner of Eurovision 2015!
I think her chances of qualifying to the final are slim and her chances of winning the whole thing are, of course, even slimmer.

I'd be wonderfully shocked if she even just qualified somehow....nevermind thoughts of winning.

In fact, I can almost see how the voting will go for her in the semi-final;
We know the song is amazing but possibly a little too leftfield for most eurovision tastes, so I think such a risky entry will score highly with some juries that appreciate something a little different so she'll get the odd "high"'mark.
However, she will lose out big time on getting the consistent lower votes and this will more than likely cost her a place in the grand final. I can see the likes of Poland, Cyprus and Switzerland hoovering up points in the 1-5 range at the expense of Latvia, as they are more "agreeable" and "safe" choices.

Anyway, I will hold my Latvian flag high in Vienna regardless:D

"BUT MARGARET BERGER…" is a little bit overused as a justification for a left-field entry's viability, but…"BUT MARGARET BERGER!"

This may sound "too left-field" to the kind of people who vote in fan polls, but it sounds like a song that could exist outside of Eurovision. I imagine it'll be more memorable to casual viewers than Poland or even Cyprus, in light of recent developments.

100% agree, from the first moment I listened to this something screamed 'winner' in my mind. The true dark horse of this year's Eurovision.
It'd be great for Eurovision too if this ended up winning, I'm pretty sure the quality of the contest would increase even more in the next few years, as the so called "left-field" entries would start appearing in bigger numbers.

I hope ye guys are right!
I am just trying to prepare myself for huge disappointment as I have a ticket for the grand final and obviously Aminata is the act I most want to see on Saturday, 23rd of May.
I guess it is exciting in one way as she is the most "unpredictable" entry this year. I also have no doubt on her vocal abilities and I'm sure the Vienna stage with all the correct lighting and camera angles will really enhance her performance and will look amazing on tv.
She's also sitting at a good place with the bookies, around 15th favourite out of the 40 entries, and I think her odds will shorten quite dramatically once the rehearsals start.

Ok, I'm actually starting to feel quite positive about a qualification now:D

"Love Injected" is Latvia's best chance of qualifying for the final since 2008, easily. Not only that I echo what other people have said about it screaming "winner" but I'd be happy enough with top 10 in the final for this.
