Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV188 & 189
any moves made for later editions will not count

Moldova is smaller than some cities in Europe? 3

I guess it's the first contest with Moldova in it (except esc)

We have Moldova in another forum contest and I remember it won some years ago with "Rumadai" of Arsenium, and few months ago with Geta Burlacu - "Summer Swing"!

Oh well I can't be bothered with this anymore full of silly rules that there's no point in whatsoever . The point of this was that it was supposed to be a more "relaxed" contest than FSC but the rules are somewhat even more uptight than FSC. I wish the best of luck to the United Kingdom, England and Scotland in future editions!

Yeah, well, it should've qualified!!!!

Oh well, no turning back now. (I had trouble finding decent qualifyable(?) songs for China anyway )

You can't switch countries because you need to participate for 3 editions as Ukraine, not only you started in WV 2, but you also skipped WV 3. This means that you'll be able to switch in WV 6, considering you'll send an entry to WV 4 & 5.

This rule was here from the beginning, I don't see any reason to remove it! Since you joined, it means that you read the rules and agreed with them. :?

I don't get why people are saying that the rules are ridiculous. Do you want a contest with no rules and where everyone can do whatever he wants? :?

The reason why this rule exists is because some people would change juries in every edition. This is too much flexibility and I think it shouldn't be allowed.
