[WorldVision]

Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV188 & 189
any moves made for later editions will not count

AdelAdel and as78 are right, you must be in one jury at least 3 editions.
NWEN didn't participated in WV03, so MHIY was in NWEN jury only 2 editions

Just because you didn't send a song one edition doesn't mean you stopped being a member of the jury. This is where the confusion is coming from.

My understanding of the rules that were set up was that they related to the number of editions that you had been registered as a WorldVision participant rather than the specific number of entries that you had sent. This is why I wanted to discuss this with you and dan so we could clarify issues and avoid confusion.

I believe you stated this wrong...

The rule is:

You must participate in at least 3 editions while being in a specific jury, before you can switch to another.

^that is a flaw of the rules imo. It should say "You must be a member of a jury for 3 editions, before you can switch to another."

I think 3 editions should be the maximum amount time you can spend in a jury, but that's just me...
