Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV188 & 189
any moves made for later editions will not count

Ok let’s be honest I wanna switch to either Mexico or Argentina immediately but I still haven’t spent 3 full editions in Venezuela yet and I don’t wanna do so due to the lack of my musical literacy in Venezuelan music scene so can I just switch after the ongoing edition ends or should I withdraw and reapply and wait during the OP again etc

No, I don't recommend withdrawal. I suggest doing research for Venezuelan musicians and then finding their music videos on YouTube. Of course, it also helps to look at the WV Database to see which songs were already used. I hope that you would be welcome to suggestions from other WV participants regarding possible Venezuelan entries for the next two editions.
