I loved Axum from the last episode, even though they lost. I very much hope that the judges will decide to return them. And for me? In my personal opinion? I put them in the last group. Together with Chen Aharoni, Yonatan Margi and Neta Barzilai. This trio is on several levels above everyone else. That's my opinion, of course.

Regarding Chen Aharoni, I sincerely hope that maybe later in the competition to hear his original song, he has a lot of goodies. His performance is good and unspeakable, great. I would like him to take something of his and make him a competitive version, he has something that no other singers in the competition. Experience and original songs that worked in Israel. I understand the fear that he will be expected to perform a song of his own, twice as much as before. Maybe in the final, but I think it's time to give his familiar or unfamiliar song, but a song that is his own.

Nobody really surprised me tonight. Ravit was the best imo. Shay & Gilad surprisingly flopped.

Rinat Bar was eliminated. Like things haven't been any messier enough with Israeli selection she refused from being judged by Harel
and lost her place in the next round because of 1% difference

Not really following this messy selection, but I know Rinat from before and I feel sorry she left, seems like she couldn't take the heat but I honestly think she'd been a good choice for Israel but if they are going to stick with this annoying format then they will not find the best package imo. I loath "talent shows" so much, that's not how an entry should be chosen, it's so un-organic and artificial yuck.
I'd say Rinat should be chosen internally next year with an ethno ballad or ethno-pop booty shaker, I think she could do it just fine, this format however wasn't for her.

Can someone PLEASE explain to me, why people are freaking out about Netta Barzilai?
She basically screams / talks and records herself while doing it. Is this even following the EBU rules (all of the song has to be sung live?) Can she even sing??
