The first girl didn't impress me. It wouldn't work even for JESC. Imho she didn't understand what she was performing. It was all about hitting the right notes so her parents wouldn't slap her ass after she screws up. Oh, poor thing fell while going down from stage! I liked a joke about Dana International
Yanir - that Billie Jean didn't work for me at all :? It started as karaoke and ended as a so-so wedding singer though I liked the culmination but my excitement faded away after that
The rabbi students madness was a certified mess
Orel - good vocals but she's got vibes of a young school teacher who's afraid of being daring. She won't go anywhere with such pale stage presence that's why she barely qualified.
I liked that punk pop guy but as the local entertainment thing. He won't win The Next Star obviously. Stage dive!

Lidor Ovadia - meh.
Yaman Brothers - suddenly we're in the middle of the "Lion King meets a ballad about peace" style. This season is much better vocally than the previous one though.
Sama - Not impressed with this Hallelujah girl. Save me from sleep, Lord
Bar Grotzky - boring guy with a guitar.
Roey Evgi - the weakest one tonight.
Keshet Ben Zeev - mediocre, I'm surprised that this is the closer of the ep.

Howie - I like him. He's definitely not the NF winner though. Didn't expect Assaf would support him.
Amit Moshe Oren - rap, almost trip-hop, finally! I kinda like him but this is a guaranteed NQ on Eurovision. Surprised that the jurors liked him too.

A few things about Amit Oren, I've known him personally for a decade. He always distributed songs, I must say that I was less enthusiastic about his songs then. It always sounded like hip-hop hardcore, and it's something I like less. The fact that he came to the audition, I knew two days before the broadcast from his personal publication. And I was thrilled to see him. But here I was quite excited about him. It was really fun to see him, to hear him. I do not know anything about the Eurovision Song Contest. But as a local career, it can work.

Jordan - nice French guy with average vocals. I hate how he was pretending to play piano during the whole song lol. I agree with Assaf.
Rebecca - IsraeliEthiopian Rihanna. She's too unexperienced for Eurovision, she worried a lot but she's got my eyes on her for the whole performance.
Or Sella - Harel's bassist? He's good for backing vocals but not for going solo. Imo he's not charismatic enough, boring performance.
Harel singing Shiri's ESC song ...guuurl boy, I like you but that was flat, don't do this again 
Stav Vaknin - my fave song. Julietta performed it better last season, even better than original. This one was slightly screamy. Better than everyone tonight though.
Joseph Guedj - Nadav's relative? He's got sucky vocals & stage presence. Even the guy who sat beside piano during the whole song was more charismatic.
Tzahi & Oded - I like them. Not a fond of sugary duos but there's something amateurish that doesn't fit this pattern and I like it.
Harel is a queen-bitch tonight :twisted:
Selfish Shepherd - 12 pts from Assaf are coming oh no... they suck(( not even close to Georgia 2016 epicness.
Karin - she picked a wrong song, imo. I understand that she's friends with Static and Ben but this style is not for her. I wouldn't saved her.

May - quite stable performance of Sam Smith's song. Strong vocals, not memorable overall. Typical casting-girl material for the Voice and other talent shows.
Eliran - he chose a great song but he doesn't correspond to its level. I wanted more soul & passion.
Amit - she should try one more time in a few years. She's a good performer who does many things wrong if you talk about vocals.

Sarit Hativa - yas, big mama! Big boring mama(( Gurl, you've got a great voice & one hell of a big body - werk it! Don't act so lazy! She's so concentrated on her song that I wanna scream "Hello! We are here!
