I am a bit concerned now if this will be enough to convince the audience. he definetly is not a good singer and the staging is too messy. juries voting for this? I dont think so.

This looks like very low quality, Hopefully for Jendrik some guys will find this funny and vote for it.

The performance seems to be a bit messy, but basicly what we expected, but he seems to be out of tune sometimes

I get that many people like Germany, it could please many people, but while watching the rehearsals i couldn’t help getting on a 3 minute long rollercoaster of cringe feels.
It’s a very ‘effortful’ fun, which looks fake to me.
I felt so uncomfortable watching it, but I think many Western European viewers will enjoy that performance.
German users of the forum can be proud of their act.

I guess it’s that kind of „cringy“ German humour. I myself are used to it because we have carnival and marksmen‘s festivals and all sorts of other festivals where you will find performances like this. Maybe the rest of Europe won’t be attracted to it, maybe they are, but I love it. I‘m proud of him because he really believes in what he‘s doing, it’s not fake at all. Anyway, you can’t please all. :) Wherever he ends up at the scoreboard - I‘m happy to have him this year.
