I know what you mean, but I don't agree. To make a fool of lyrics is easily done. Not only Nirvana, many more did. Like Soundgarden/Chris Cornell in "Black whole sun". But to mock music is far more difficult. But Queen did it many times, for example with "Bohemian Rhapsodie". Not that Jendrik plays in the same category, but it's similiar.

Yeah, you're right about Queen. But Queen's mockery is musically educated class / lecture with logic accepted / approved by composers. Jedndrik's not. But I support him for his great attitude and personality. ❤

I saw him on the wiwibloggs livestream the other day with Deban and he was talking a bit about his staging and he said something like they don't want to do too much with graphics and so on because the song is already a lot. Not sure what that actually means but the German broadcaster always had a strange approach when it comes to connecting song and staging.
