Germany has officially entered my top ten! Still need to update my sig though

Sheer force of will? Because that's pretty much what kept Germany in my top 10 for a month until I finally realized that it really was one of the best songs of the year.

I guess I'm having the same realization as you :D It's one of the songs that's been playing in my head the most these last few days.
Plus, I'm loving Ann Sophie's live performances more and more, she is absolutely great!

ESC: 12 Points safely out of England? Ann-Sophie yesterday in London!
ESC candidate Ann-Sophie toured their home country. Loved in England and Conchita Wurst supports them.

Ann-Sophie and Conchita strolling in London. What are you doing here, Ann-Sophie? "I'm on a trip to London, was just giving an interview and a production for the BBC." And Mrs. sausage was there just the same even with the place, as it already too bored in London.

Ann-Sophie on a flying visit to her hometown

In addition, Ann-Sophie's dad came all the way to London. To prove there is a snapshot of what you can see in the second picture. The banker, who lived in Taiwan, made his daughter by his support of the ESC Promo Tour overjoyed. London is a very special destination. Who does not know yet, Ann-Sophie was born in London and grew until later on in Hamburg. The media on the island scrambling for our ESC participant. Because ultimately, it is a British woman who lives only for an indefinite period in the Hanseatic city. This could be of benefit to us in scoring. 12 Points of the British? This would not only unique in the history of the ESC, but realistic. It would also be helpful. For the song "Black Smoke" is not necessarily to chart toppers. Compared with the star Ann-Sophie said: "No matter what place I do, I'm going to have fun!" In this case, however, a placement at the ESC in the top ten would be desirable. The magazine she betrayed continue to try to deliver no blatant dance show. Well, Lena has then not delivered, but has still won. So everything is open.

Your current ESC advertising on their compatriots are very useful and may well provide points.

Ever Ann-Sophie makes an exemplary campaign as part of their ESC participation. She rattles off all the national and international media, sings her song everywhere. Their motto: Convinced to the rest of Europe, which may perhaps bring a lot of points. We keep all our fingers crossed!

Ann-Sophie as Nachrückerin for ESC

The 24-year-old Ann-Sophie Dürmeyer was born in London and lived mostly little later in Hamburg. At the age of 14, she wanted to be a singer. After completing her baccalaureate Ann-Sophie went to New York where she began her vocal training at the renowned "Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute". She is a big fan of Beyoncé Knowles. When preselection for the ESC it erlang only the second place. In the ARD show, which was moderated by Barbara Schoneberg, there was an uproar: Because the real winner Andreas going renounced, it was established as a participant in Vienna by the presenter as Nachrückerin and then yet to be determined in the show.

12 points from UK? Well, never say never but ..... NEVER. Yeah she's born in London and the song is written by Ella Eyre, who is British herself but I just don't think that this is enough for our beloved Brits to give us their 12. (We are not Ireland or Australia)
I would be surprised if we'll get points at all to be honest (from UK)

You're right. I remember that in 2012 we expected points from Ireland and Turkey, since Nina Zilli has ties with both countries. They didn't come from neither. xshrug
But never say never. Maybe Ann Sophie will squeeze the points out of UK by the sheer force of her charisma and performance. xcheer

If they make a point of the song being by Ella Eyre while talking about the song in the postcard then that might help to draw some votes in, but I'm not sure if we will be head over heals for it. I don't think we will give you 12, I expect our top 3 in the final to go to either Australia, Ireland, Malta, Sweden and maybe even Finland. Remember Cascada was massive here in the UK, and we gave her nothing in 2013 (although i'm sure that was because the Jury killed the song). Then there was Spain last year, who everyone was sure would get 12 from the UK, and we didn't - She got points but because of the jury.

Finally!
Her performance on Schlag den Raab.

Sublime! xbow
And the camera work is perfect, too. They should use it as reference for ORF in may. xup

I still get echoes for Lena's "Satellite" when I listen to this song and I think it will probably fare pretty well on the night all things considered. The Big 5 have made great selections this year (yes, I know Ann Sophie is there by proxy) but my favourite auto - qualifier is still Australia.

Best of luck :de: on the night xyaay

The odds are slowly shortening - here comes the dark horse :twisted:
Yesterday you would have won ~7000 £ (with 10 £ stake) in case of a win and today it would be ~2600 £.
(I have no idea how this system works tbh)

I don't get why she is so heavily underrated with the odds ... I guess it's because Germans have no fun in gambling :D
