I´m absolutely digging the chorus (?) - The dramatic built-up and its pulsing beat turning it into an effortlessly classy and catchy bop.
The middle 8 part is simply divine.
It´s not "over-the-top" - the crossover feels genuine and authentic throughout the whole song.

Can´t believe I´m saying this but :fr: will be part of my personal Top 10 for a third year in a row Oo

I like it. My no. 7 for now.
Obviously the bass, violins and rich instrumentation in general are carrying all the weight here. If it wasn't for this it would be just as unlistenable as Voila. Once i got past first 50 seconds it was smooth sailing. xrollinglol:lol:

In the swimming pool, always stayin' cool
Well well well, i had quite high hopes and i gotta say that i'm more than delighted. Some say the chorus is anti-climatic, for me it's more some kind of building. Really like this, it's got its musical ups and downs and i can't wait to see what they had in stores about staging, plus imo the production is quite solid, regarding all this NF last year (let's be honest : they ALL sounded like demos).
Also, i really see this track being played a lot in local radios other than public ones, it's not really the case with french entries.

About winner vibes, i don't know because i'm not the best placed to talk about this; same goes for the note, i won't give any.

Well it’s a big no from me. I do not get the song concept. I’m not feeling this disco chanson mix at all. :3: points from me.

Keep seeing people (not here) want a revamp for this, what is there to be revamped?
I would take a bit of QoK‘s excessive Boom-sounds and get them in the chorus here to make it feel less anti-climactic. Tadaa, two birds one stone :geek:

It mixes modern and retro styles.

But this is mah for me. At least it is better than many other past French entries in my book..

A good song from France, which will do well in Liverpool imo... loving the moment, when the melody changes

It´s a well-executed and well-produced finished product.

I can totally understand why some people prefer "more dramatic and climatic" choruses (especially in the hardcore fanbase) but I think it´s a perfect crossover and like @Flamenkax said, it´s a song which is perfectly balanced: Yoú´ve got the impressive intro, the massive built-up, the divine middle-8 part and a very surprising and melodic chorus (with a pulsing beat).

I haven´t seen her "live performance" yet but it´s the third time that I got some sort of "winning vibes": :cz: (based on the music video before the live performance), "Air" in :se: (impressive staging and I think it could slay the televoting in May) and this.. .which could bring juries and televoters on board.

Unfortunately the entry doesn't reach the elegance and maturity of "Voilà". I am missing the moment in this song, so I am maybe more disappointed than satisfied. Nevertheless it is still a very good entry all in all.

Wow, I like it a lot! The chorus is a bit weak imo. I kinda wish she would play more with her voice. Other than that the song is really good and modern. Love the intro, the beat. I'm giving it :12: points. One of the best songs this year so far.

I personally believe that "Voilà" was classier (and maybe the superior entry) but 2021 was a more competitive year (so far - even though I really like a bunch of this year´s entries).
