I like her, strong stage precence and the backdrop is cool. But I had a worry when I heard it the first time, if this song would work live. And the answer to that is.....maybe? I am not totally convinced yet that it works. It has good parts, but I think it might be too french. It doesn't connect with me who isn't a 100% french speaker, and the chorus is not memorable enough to make me go wow. I am not even sure she can hit those really high notes (did she not even try on this performance? felt she skipped some lyrics in the chorus a few times). Anyhow, decent, but nothing that would beat Lisandro in the final.

Igit did it for me, but he stands no chance. Madame Monsieur are okay, and the rest meh-meh-meh. All I can say is: Emmy Liyana should win the whole thing.

Regarding the vocals, indeed. What about the entry though? JTG is far ahead of him. :?

I thought the performance of "Same" was great, although I got worried when she lip synced the start of the first chorus, but then she started actually singing it. For me it's the best song and also the most enjoyable performance. It will be such a shame if it doesn't advance. This would surely be really high up in my ranking if France sent it to Eurovision, and I think it could actually do well there.

What June the Girl did makes no sense - it was all over the place. The overrated one is her, not Madame Monsieur who were perfect!

So after listening to all the songs for the first time, I have to say I'm disappointed. The level is not bad. but 80% of the songs are so bland and beige. It's very disappointing, especially after all the hype when the snippets were released.

I don't know... I guess I'm definetely not into this type of music, by the end of it I almost got an headache with that noise the worst song of this NF, for me at least

And I must add a couple of songs that had potential in their full version were massacred live :? There is also a serious issue with the singers.

Does it even matter? I mean, we don't need 100% of awesome songs with up-beat vibes. Only one or two (Lisandro, M&M) is enough to do the trick.

Few days ago I thought this semi was going to be stronger but I think I've change my mind. Still good level

I have to sadly agree. Only two songs from this selection have worked for me ("Same" and "OK ou KO"). There's not really anything here that's horrible but the songs are kind of dull and not daring enough. A shame as it feels like a lot of effort has been put into this selection.
