Is there a possibility to tweak the lyrics before the main competition? Pretty please?
It's catchy, I'm glad it won, the song should definitely be able to fight its way to the final - I'd be over the moon if the lyrics didn't make me cringe so hard. They lack any real edge despite trying so hard, the outcome is just somewhat repulsive. Still, 8 points from me, it's been playing in my head all day!

I have nothing against Blind Channel, their song is okay but just guys can you imagine how Aksel is feeling now ? Winning the UMK last year and then ESC is cancelled and now finishing 5th out of 7 acts in this NF

Finland was really mean against him...

And he had the better song than last year...

I am going to be honest: Aksel's staging was cheap and empty, if we compared it his last year's staging. His last year's staging was it, with gave him victory in UMK 2020.

Anyway, I was never really into that stuff, but for those who like that kind of thing, that is the kind of thing they like.

I'm excited for the future editions of UMK this was a great show dare I say the best production of any country even a better production than Sweden and I love how they go for quality instead of quantity (Norway looking at you).

Yeah. After hearing the songs (21) from the first three Swedish semis I’m quite sure only a handful would have finished better than dead last in UMK if you swapped them in for Laura. One or two could have cracked the top-3.

This is like a strange parallel universe where UMK >>> Mello, unless the 4th semi is super good. The interval acts were also much more enjoyable than the cringe SVT has offered so far.

Of course they couldn't have given Aksel this attention without giving the impression of pushing him unfairly, but still - how must he have felt. Especially with his really poor result.

That's quite true. It felt like yesterday's show was paying homage to Erika. I mean even her bears got more spotlight than Aksel.
Now I can can understand why some of the winners of the 2020 NF do not want to come back again to compete in the 2021 edition.

I am so so so happy for Blind Channel.
The lyrics may annoy me a bit, like "look how we're so D4RK, so D1PRESSED, so EV1111L" but hey i can't help myself, the rebel teenager i was is born ready to see this performance at Rotterdam. Plus, the song is really wellcrafted and memorable.
It will definitely stand out above the other acts, i am sure of that.

Otherwise, disappointed a lot by Teflon Bros x Pandora, less because of Pandora's performance than because of the camera work. It had ideas, costumes, lights, concept, but i don't know, the camera work made it look like... flat, static or bland for some reason.
And also, little detail : the microwave stuff could've been funny but i would have to hear a little "ding dong" sound in the end of the track.

The rest of the show was more than OK, really looking forward to see Oskr again somewhere, i really liked his song/performance.

I LOVE IT!
I am a huge metal fan and disliked every „metal“ song of the past 10 years but this one, despite being a Linking Park rip-off, is so catchy and energetic that I MUST LOVE THIS! I already know by now this will be my favourite this year!
