My top 12 ( alphabetic order): ( must be winner song)

After a second, more patient survey, here is my layer of worthy candidates. Graded ranking (in comparison to "all time Eurovision")...
- Emotional flair! 8/10
- Chantingly majestic! 8/10
- Vulnerable, still dirty! 8/10
- Straggly hypertension! 7/10
- Calmingly serene! 7/10
A very long shot to guess a winner already, but Ukraine owns the favour of being just Ukraine in senses of "they often present something capable", "many on here seem to give them a high rank", and "they are not considered Balkan".
I think Spain is an interesting outsider, I suspect Croatia will totally own the Balkans, and I predict Lithuania wont get enough mass-appeal though for me there is a subtlety I cant resist. In other words, I have gotten a bunch of favourites, not a definite 12-pointer.
Don't f-ing change any of these songs now. Too many have been changed already! Imperija will probably be impossibly to get on CD...
