I still think our own song is the best this year, followed by italy and UK. I also like Spain, France, Nederland, Macedonia, Greece and Malta, but not enough to be bothered to vote for them.

I started to listen to the songs via the ESC 2013 Spotify playinglist - a passive listening I usually never do with this kind of music. It changes perspective rather dramatically compared to casual Youtube-listening I would say. Some songs become completely unbearable and some grows like rockets.

Ireland and Georgia grew on me a lot - I know the latter has all the reasons for me to despise it, but I just don't!

Croatia is another one which I've warmed up too, probably because of the excellent scenery in the video!

My mother listened all the songs from the CD album that I gave to her and told me her favorite songs. She doesn't watch the contest and she doesn't know about how the voting "works" every year. She told me that she likes almost all the songs and that they are better and more catchy than that from the previous years! :? Her biggest favorites are 1) Romania! and then 2) France. Her number 3) favorite song is that from San Marino. This is her top 3! And then she likes: 4) Israel, 5) Italy, 6) United Kingdom, 7) Moldova, 8) Greece, 9) The Netherlands, 10) Russia. When I asked her about which song of this year's contest, in her opinion, has the most chances to win in Malmo she said San Marino! (As I said she doesn't know anything about the usual voting of the countries). Also maybe Italy may will win she said.... Also I asked her opinion about Cyprus & F.Y.R. of Macedonia. She likes these two songs but not so much. Anyway, she believes that both countries will qualify to the final. She likes very much Esma, although the song is not so good and we can't hear clearly and for a long time Esma's voice as she said... But she thinks that the song of F.Y.R. of Macedonia has many chances to be at the final top 10!, in comparison with Cyprus that she can see a result around at the bottom of the final's scoreboard. The voice of Despina is very good and the song as well, but it's not a "catchy" song, it reminds her a very old period of time when she listen to it!
