omg Ukraine was great. People who are watching ESC with me, also like Ukraine the most. What a voice. Azerbaijan was also great.
Croatia was good, don't now what happened to Pamela :( I hope they will pass, and show great performance in the final.

ROMANIA, I said this before and I'm going to say it again.
Their voices don't blend!!
But I can give the credit for the composer for composing such a catchy and cheeky song, but wrong choice of combination.

And I can't find any innovation from their previous live performances.. why are you so lazy guys?? :geek:

This will qualify.

My last prediction: Armenia, Israel, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Romania, Croatia, Georgia, Turkey and I'll go too risky here and I'll say...Netherlands!!!

SLOVENIA, if you're going to send a song in your national language,
make sure the melody is catchy and memorable enough for the EUROPEAN audience.
If not, forget it.

But nevertheless, the performance was powerful, and quite enjoyable.
I believe this song will sound better in English.

Not a qualifier, but there are still room for surprises.

I love the interval acts! lol

My final guess (in alphabetical order):
Armenia
Azerbaijan
Croatia
Georgia
Ireland
Israel
Netherland
Romania
Sweden
Turkey

BUT I hope Denmark and Cyprus slip in there instead of Croatia and Armenia (even know I know Armenia is a sure qualifier)

IRELAND, honestly I don't prefer plain ballads, I don't get it when countries send plain pop ballads.
I think the sound of the flute saved the song from being too plain, not memorable.

The singer looks a bit weak and nervous.

Let me see, there is 50-50 chance for qualifying. I think it will not.

I think these are safe:
Turkey
Georgia
Armenia
Azerbaijan
Ukraine
Israel
Romania
Croatia

Those are shakey (I think those with stars will go through):
Denmark
Sweden (*)
Cyprus
Ireland (*)

Won't make it:
Slovenia
Switzerland
Lithuania
Bulgaria
Netherlands

But in general, again, very, very strong semi!

Muahaha! the presenter in those shorts! GREAT!
