Turkey won the semi, just like I predicted :D Well done guys, well deserved.

Croatia is lower than I expected  Only 33 points :?

Sweden just missed out :( What a shame. Too bad.

Switzerland didn't deserve last place, and especially not only 2 points. Slovenia is very overrated

I don't think the UK takes this seriously. They've sent horrible songs several years in a row, and they vote for the joke entries. If it weren't for the money, I'd say the ESC would be better off without them, but money rules...

Your clearly one of those anti-British people. T()

Just dont comment if you are gonna be nasty.
Yeah... I've been a Manchester United fan since 1992, I always support England in the big football championships, I've been to England three times (altho two of them were just quick stops at Heathrow, so they probably don't count), and you guys have Top Gear. :D So no, definitely not anti-British. But I seriously dislike most of the last British ESC entries, it's my opinion, and I believe in free speech. I was basically trying to agree with FallenAngelII on this one.

I don't think it's being 'nasty' by saying the UK don't take it seriously. Look at recent entries. Scooch (one of the worst entries ever), Andy Abraham (dull to the extreme) Daz Sampson (Pervy with schoolgirls and crap song), this years bore, James Fox....shall I go on?

Last year UK put real effort into it and finished a deserved 5th but generally UK send crap songs from nobodies. I think it's endemic that the contest is treated as a joke and therefore the entries end up being of poor quality. I'm not sure how this can be changed. I thought last year was the beginning of a revival, but the haphazardness of this years entry has set the UK back years, and finishing last just confirms all the views of the sneerers.

I'm trying to find the video of the second semi-final in eurovision.tv but I'm not capable to see any other than Lena's press conference, the Final, and the first semi-final. When I go to "past events (42)" it keeps staying at the press conference.
Does anyone have the link that leads direct to the second semi-final as these other links lead to the first and the final?
http://www.eurovision.tv/esctv/past?program=9793
http://www.eurovision.tv/esctv/past?program=11563
Thanks!!

Go to: eurovision.tv => on the left you see "quick update feed". Their you can see this:
Want to watch the Final or the Semi-Finals again and again? Tune in on-demand! Open the player

Click on open the player, and then the fourth link is the second semi final ;)

Looks like it worked!! Thanks!! Anyway, I had to look for the links blind, as the whole right side of the page appears all black. But I saw that going through it with the mouse, from time to time the "hand" appeared, so I counted the fourth hand and here it was. Thanks again!

But last year was real crap - everything was bad about it! This year it is in my top 15, however, while last year it was dead last.
At least Ronan, I mean Brinck could sing.

I thought he was even incapable of doing thta...
To me Brinck sounded like one of those people attempting to try to win a sing alike certain singer competition, he sounded scarily like Ronan if you don't look at him when performing...
