We let them tell us what to do
Why why why
We live to die for worthy things
Oh ya ya ya

We promised we would never lose our pride
Your word's worth nothing if you lie
We're standing tall and looking up, our Father would be proud
And I'm happy to be working my own ground

We'll be the last ones breathing here

Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

We're taught that we were born to lose
But why why why
Don't waste your breath, it's time to choose
Oh ya ya ya

We promised we would never lose our pride
Your word's worth nothing if you lie
We're standing tall and looking up, our Father would be proud
And I'm happy to be working my own ground

I said
Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

I hope

We let them tell us what to do
Why why why
We live to die for worthy things
Oh ya ya ya

No matter what they try, tearing up our lives
I know we will always rise

I said
Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

I hope

The future still remains our own

I hope

Yeah, I'm certainly more hopeful than I was last year with Uku. Would like to think the slightly lackluster staging won't be enough to sink what is a reasonably strong song & performance. I would feel more confident if we had awesome staging to top things off, but we rarely seem to get all the components right. At least among the song/vocals/staging trifecta, staging seems to me the least likely to have massive effect, unless it's really terrible. So fingers crossed people will like us enough! :D
I,m are sure they will. This entry should fight for a top 10 in final. Personally i want this to win. Is my number 1 and best song i have heard in eurovision in many years. And that,s was first time i heard it

Glad to see Estonia in the final. A huge part of the performance was his charisma, he could really sell a song that otherwise would struggle just with a smile. They made the right corrections to the staging amd worked perfectly.

Yay! :giggle: Great job Stefan & really glad we made it! Staging looked decent enough in the end, for something they had to throw together in a few days. Whatever happens come Saturday, being in the final again is lovely. :giggle: Being in the second half of the final surrounded by so many ballads might help him stand out. Whether we have a chance at top 10 is hard to say tho'.. wouldn't say it's out of the question, but mid-table might be more likely. But even if we end up bottom 5, getting to the final is still a good achievement. :D By our standards anyway, heh. Here's hoping for left side of the scoreboard, but Stefan has already done a good job one way or another. :giggle:

Yeah the sun blabla, but hey, the sepia-filter looked quite nice, his energy was good, the ending shot..

And I genuinely think people might like his voice and even the song.

Actually, he would be a nice closer of the show. Especially in this war time, closing with a song called 'Hope'.

Think he get a ok start number. Could have been worst, but last songs could go both way. People could alredy be tired when he sings. On the other hald Australia or UK number would have been a nightmare. Also right after Serbia would not been a bad things. Right after Poland or UK would not been good.

Congrats on a well deserved qualification, don't know why this is so disliked by the fandom, one of the best songs this year and Stefan is charismatic and with good live vocals (and good looking!). Sure, it's a bit Måns 2.0 (but I actually prefer this over Heroes and I find Stefan more genuine than Måns.

The problem is that the staging is a bit amateur, I would have firstly stopped the guitar somewhere along the way because it feels a bit clumsy and in the way for Stefan to properly perform. Still though, good song and enjoyable unlike most stuff this year.

A deserved qualification, he really stood out. One of the best performances. I don't have high hopes for tonight, but top 15 would be nice.

Hope for top 10, but could be ok with top 15.

Hope a least he get some points from Norway tonight. Some people in Norway have this some number 1.
